Tried to order some lunch. Absolutely NO ONE around to take my order. After waiting a while, leaving and then came back, still no one. Finally found them just hanging out with Godfather employees. Will not return.

They have the best chicken in Pekin and the surrounding areas that we’ve tried. Love that they have delivery as a option. We use Door Dash with no problems. Will order again.

I would give Krystals a 5, their chicken is fantabulous….but their menu on line and on Facebook say a 16 piece w/ 2 pints is 27.99 but in fact the price has changed twice. I paid 44.and change tonight but I wanted, NEEDED comfort food. I told the girl, Jenna I believe that that was a Best Buy bait and switch….and her district managers needed to fix it…she said she had tried…told her I Google review…I can raise a stink…Krystal’s MGT…change your menu prices or the next time I will make you give me your posted price. Better do it soon…I have a lot of followers that love your chicken too..so they get a 2 for money grubbing , lying corporate folks who think the public are stupid…we are not!

I have driven there twice in last two weeks. Washington all the way to Pekin, only to be told they were out of what I wanted to order! No apology, coupon for next time or anything offered! My time and gas are worth something, even if it isn’t to them!

Pretty disappointed. Ordered though Uber Eats and was quoted 15-25 mins and ended up taking 63 mins. Chili dog was good but tasted like it was made an hour ago and sat. Chili cheese fries werent even able to be eaten. There was a large pool of grease on the bottom that ruined all the fries as if they didnt drain the fries when pulling them out of the fryer. It also tasted like it was made an hour ago and then sat. Not sure if I’ll try it again.
Edit 7/31/19: I made the mistake of going again since I really want to like this place. I walk in at 345 and wait 5 mins before someone comes to the counter. She then basically says i cant order since the cook isnt in till 4pm. Since that’s 10 mins away i ask if i should simply wait and then im told they will be busy cooking for godfathers. She then makes it seem like they can work me in since i probably dont look very happy at this point. Why not just lock your doors if you didnt really want to sell anything?? Definetly not giving this place a third chance.

Stopped late Friday night and got their chicken gizzards and liver combination for $4.95. Ton of food for the price. Also, they have the best Cole slaw and love their broasted chicken. I ate in the Commons areas between Godfather pizza and Krystal’s. Kind of a weird layout for dining in but it works.
