When I arrived to drive through the menu board had changed and I told the girl. What I wanted, and she told me that they don’t have that there and said, I must have got it from a different store. I told her no I got it from there. I finally found it and told her it was a Caribbean way, and she said, that’s not what you told us you wanted. And I said, every ingredient is in it that I told you and she said, you forgot a few ingredients. I said I couldn’t remember everything that was in.She was very rude. There were 2 cars ahead of me and 3 girls working inside. I waited for over 20 minutes. I almost left.
I went up to the window and handed them a 20. That gave me my smoothie. It came to $7.18, and she gave me $12 back. And I waited for the rest of my change. Finally, she opened the window and said, did you need something else? I said, yeah, the rest of my change. And she said, oh, we don’t have any coins. Is that okay?
I said it would have been nice to know that before I paid or ordered she closed the window and never let me finish talking. I was not happy, but what can you do? If they don’t have change. Just three teenage kids working

She was on the phone, she didn’t offer the promotion for Friday’s, they took to long to make my order, they didn’t toast my bread, after she finished checking her phone she didn’t was her hands and literally start making my toast

The girl didn’t even let me finish my order, just cut me off so I didn’t even get what I wanted. Popped an attitude at no tip (she didn’t deserve one). And my smoothie was not only wrong but half blended. I’ll stick the other locations.

i dont usually come to this location, but it was close to my work. i walked in to place my order and the girl who took it was very rude and spoke so quietly to the point i could hardly hear her nor did she answer my single question with a good attitude or any intent to want to help. the other 2 girls were so upbeat and happy so i left with slightly better service than i received when i walked in. i will never come back to this location just due to the simple fact that that employee had a sour attitude. dont waste your time or your money going there unless you want to be treated with a backwards attitude by an employee as a paying customer. absolutely horrific.
