There is always a wait for the BoRounds. It’s ridiculous, actually! Then (depending on the person cooking them, I guess) they are apt to be greasy and cold! Not always, but I still keep going back lol The Staff is peculiar. The majority of the time, there’s no hello, how are you, morning… Just hand off the food and they shut the window! God forbid you want sauces! That’s definitely a crime! Regardless, their grilled food is awesome. Most of the time it isn’t burnt. But hey! I keep on giving them another chance!

Last time I ordered Hashrounds I was told that it would take 5 minutes. It took more than 12 minutes while my food was getting cold. Today I ordered hash browns and they told me 5 minutes again. At least this time the young lady told me that they do not keep them cooked up after 11:00 a.m. if it’s on the menu it should be available

Let me tell you I spent 80$ on my tailgate to get raw chicken from this store and when I call she asked me to bring it and did I get to the store as I’m walking in the door a employee yells she here, that is crazy the manager on shift comes and grab the bag with raw chicken walks off and not say anything then then go to start box up more ask me so you just want dark meat with like I did something to her I told I just want my money back I could bring all the food back. She told me I had to take that up with doordash. Customer service is horrible they are unprofessional and rude. Clearly dont care about servicing raw chicken stay away dont go to this store. They dont deserve to get business with employees like that .I wish I could put the pictures up here

I got a 4 pc tender meal with fries and a sweet tea… The 4 pc was more like 3 and not even a half chicken tenders the ffs was cold,hard and the sweet tea wasn’t sweet… I even waiting in drive thru it was super busy and took longer then usual … I love Bojangles but today I was very disappointed. I waited all week for my cheat day and this is the results. Sad

this bojangles gave us raw biscuits. There was literally raw dough in the wrapper of my biscuit and then the biscuit was RAW. it was so doughy. We wanted to turn around so bad but we’re traveling. I don’t know whose managing this place but raw doughy biscuits are not good.

We just went through the drive through and ordered 5 of the same things. 1 box didn’t have any chicken in it. Unfortunately we didn’t catch this until we got home. This happened even after the checked the boxes.
