I made an online order. I ordered an old fanceroni pepperoni pizza. I advised the on duty mgr that this pizza doesn’t look like a fanceroni pizza. He quickly began to explain how the pepperoni are measured and tossed on the pizza. I advised if I wanted my pizza to look the way it did I would have just ordered a create your own pizza. Instead of listening to me he stated we are done and refunded my money. I came back in and asked for his name and inquired if he was the owner. He stated he was the manager. I made him aware that I’ll be making a formal complaint to corporate and to the owner. The manager who didn’t hear his customer concern was Mohammed. His customer service skills need to be improved if he’s to be a manager anywhere. Thank you I definitely did not appreciate the respect given as a customer at this store. This is the manager who was totally rude and disrespectful. Mohammed in my opinion should not be a manager of any store by the way he treats his customers.

the guy taking the order always seems like his life is miserable and you making an order is so inconvenient for him. I also asked for my pizza to be cooked longer so it would be crispy and it was cooked just enough to eat. everything falling off the pizza and the bread falling over limp. I wont be coming back to this location.

Ordered 8 pizzas to be ready for the Super Bowl for carry out. Time came for the order, and the employees were slammed, they couldn’t even find the order. My husband came back home to wait on the notification that the pizzas were ready (we figured they were running late) but no notification, email, nothing. And then they had the gall to charge my card without a single pizza! Absolutely not, I had to dispute it with the bank after they wouldn’t answer the phone call. I understand that Super Bowl night is probably one of their craziest times for orders, but the disorganization and shortsightedness of the day was evident. Never again.

The service is horrible!! I ordered pizzas online and when I entered my code into their oven the code came back as invalid. The guy behind the counter, Mohamed, asked me to wait. It was busy in the store so I waited patiently. When he finally got to me he told me he already gave my pizzas to a man; I am a woman. He said he checked everyone’s ID before giving them the pizzas but I know he didn’t becaue I watched him. I voluntarily showed him my ID and told him he gave my food to the wrong person. He yelled at me, accused me of being a scammer, initially refused to give me a refund, daringly told me to call corporate, and to get out of the store or he would call the police because I was a scammer. I was shocked! I called corporate while in the store and stood in the store with them on speaker while on hold. The store eventually issued a refund. I can’t recall the last time I was so humilitaed. It is unfortunate that they have employees like Muhamed working in the store. Someone had recenly convinced me to try their food and I was just begining to warm up to them, but after my experience there I will NEVER step foot in that store again.

I love how easy and fast it is to order food from here, especially picking up with the QR code is revolutionary but the staff can be a hit or miss. Typically, only the young lady who speaks Spanish is very nice. They young guys have been rude to me, maybe it’s just my luck. The pizza usually tastes good!

Guy behind the counter huffing and puffing and sighing. Clearly stressed from his job at a pizza place, taking it out on customers. Grown man by the way. This is a job for teenagers and he clearly couldn’t handle it. Really rude to everyone, including myself. took at least 20 minutes for one cheese bread, and then after waiting all that time my sauce was only half full. Workers in the back not wearing gloves. Cashier looked nasty and like he needed a shower. terrible experience.

He messed up my order and then he had a crappy attitude about having to remake my pizza. His expectation was for me to accept it, with no discount, walk away and be happy about it. Absolutely rediculious and the worst customer service. Never again. Dominoes from now on.

absolutely terrible service!!!! we ordered two stuffed crust cheese pizzas and they gave us two pepperonis. we are muslim and cannot eat pepperoni, when we went back to get it fixed the guy had so much attitude and looked at me and said “what do u want me to do” after i told him it was messed up. i had to then tell him i needed it either replaced or refunded and he continued to give attitude and asked what i wanted to do with the old ones. terrible customer service!! this needs to be worked on!

Update…this location has really pumped up their quality since my last review. This is now my favorite pizza place around regardless of price. The deep dish, crazy sauce, regular pizza with jalapeño sticks, and cheesy bread are awesome! Management has been spot on with their snacking workers, and by the looks of it, other people in the area are realizing what a gem this place is. Highly recommend!
What happened? I really enjoyed a delicious deep dish from Little Caesar’s but this last one was more similar to a high school cafeteria round pizza. A great deep dish has the perfect dough and crunch on the edges. This one just had a lot of dough. When we asked about the strange shape, the employee said”that this is how we make them.” We then showed them their advertised picture and they kept with “that’s how we bake it.” We also got a thin crust (really a regular pizza) with half cheese and half pepperoni. That was better, but a little oily. However, I liked the cheese pizza with the Italian seasoning on top. Another issue is the inside of the restaurant was dirty. I want this place to succeed, but management needs to step up their game, train their employees, and pay them better. I would be willing to pay more for a better pizza experience. Detroit would be disappointed.
