Very nice, small café. Decent breakfast options at a fair price. The staff wasn’t overly friendly but more just neutral.

This is a small cafe along sidewalk on busy San Marcos. Inside the vibe is very chill, friendly service. We sit at outside table to watch the world go by. Lots to see! Want to try some of their food but we always stop for drinks (chai and hot tea). Cute place that we really like to visit.

This pleasant neighborhood coffee shop checks off all the boxes for me. Great friendly service, a quiet pleasant environment to get a little work done while enjoying my new favorite cup of coffee in St. Augustine!

I was attending a community meeting called Coffee with a Commissioner put on by our City Government. I chose the Vietnamese Iced Coffee and it instantly became my new favorite coffee in this town. They used iced cubes made with coffee so that it did not water down the delicious flavor of the beverage which is made with sweetened condensed milk.

This market was super cool. A nice change from the big chains. You can tell it’s run with care and passion. I got the smashed banana toast and 2 scrambled eggs. The toast was delicious and full of flavor. They had a cool little marketplace with local products as well as art.

Went to Juniper Market on my last morning in STA. Saw they had matcha on their Insta and wanted to try it. Walked in, my friend ordered, then I tried to order and the owner asked me to step aside so a regular customer could order his coffee. After waiting I decided to order the quiche and a hot matcha latte with vanilla syrup. Food came out, it’s the tiniest slice of quiche in the entire world. Terribly too small for the $11 price tag. The owner slammed the food bag down on the counter even though we were the closet table to the counter. She could have walked it over to us as we were the only people in there. I ate it quick cause the middle wasn’t as hot as the crust. The owner forgot to make my matcha. And I had to back up and ask for vanilla. It was good matcha after that. Not the best since they weren’t busy. I also wanted the place to be an actual market. There wasn’t a lot of sidelines for sale or art from local artisans. It’s really empty in there. I guess you have to be a regular customer to receive decent service. Overall, I wouldn’t go back.

Open space with tables and chairs. We ate inside due to a quick shower moving through. The service was great. I had the turkey wrap, black bean with fire-roasted tomato soup along with their Matcha lemonade. My wife had an iced coffee with a cinnamon bun. Very fresh and delicious. Reasonably priced and we parked behind the restaurant. We will keep this on our list when visiting St Augustine.

Love love love!! Our group was staying within walking distance and had Juniper for breakfast 2 out of 3 mornings we were there. Their blueberry muffins are delicious. Their bacon is not greasy and their eggs are perfect. One thing to point out is how GREAT their bread is; the flavor is amazing and the texture is great. I really like their unsweetened tea and would definitely recommend and revisit in the future!

It says they’re open until 3. I was here on Sat Feb 14th at 2:30 and was told by the young lady at the register that I couldn’t order a sandwich because the kitchen was closed. I know it was 2:30 because I checked the time on my phone.

They said I could order a coffee or pastry only, and when I sat down at the table to eat my muffin I looked over and saw a couple eating sandwiches that they couldn’t have ordered too long before I got there. I wonder if this is the “official” policy of the owner or if it’s more of Gen Z policy made up for their convenience.

We loved everything we ate! We’re vegan and we had the fire roasted black bean soup and a humus wrap. I could eat a bowl of soup for every meal and I’d be in heaven! The Happy Trails cookies were also vegan and they’re amazing!! I highly recommend checking out Juniper Market.
Juniper Market is my favorite lunch spot in St. Augustine. We always come here when we vacation, which is usually once a year. I wish we lived locally, I’d be here every week!!

This is a great little cafe to pop in and get a cup of coffee or a sandwich. Their breakfast burrito is very filling. I also enjoyed their Vietnamese Iced Coffee drink. There is a small parking lot in the back if street parking is hard to find. For my sensory friends the place can be a bit loud if it is crowded due to all the hard surfaces for sound to bounce around.
