I wish I could give them negative starts. The food was nasty. I don’t know how they make their drinks. I bought brown sugar shaking espresso, hot latte, bagel twist, sandwich & hash browns. I swear the drinks tasted nasty & the bagel twist & hash browns was hard as rock. I told the employee & hand over their bagel twist &hash brown .they replace my hash browns but they didn’t give my bagel twist or even no refund. Waste of money.
I was so pissed off. They ruined my morning & my money I will recommend if you wanna ruin your morning and wanna waste your money. Good luck & stay away.

I come here almost every morning for coffee not once have I had an issue but maybe is because I don’t really pay attention, but mid bite of my breakfast and boom a whole hair glad I got a coffee also but dam that ruin my whole appetite. Other than this I actually really love this place, the people who work here are very sweet and kind!

As hundreds of other reviews of this place in the past year complaining of a “middle-aged man” screaming, cursing, and being disrespectful to customers, I also encountered the same just now and I am positive he is the same middle aged man at the drive-thru window that everyone else is complaining about. I will be escalating my complaint to the highest levels of Dunkin Corporate to get this man fired as he is a threat to our local community. Here is what he did with us: I went to this place for the first time and pulled at the drive-thru. I didn’t know if this place was opened as it was late in the night, the parking lot was empty, but the lights inside were open and the “open” sign was flickering on. The first thing I say at the drive thru was, “hello.” Then a man at the speaker yells, “YES WE ARE OPEN WE ARE OPEN 24 HOURS, WHAT DO WANT?!?” Okay, no worries, I begin to place my order. He says, “WE DON’T HAVE THAT FLAVOR of Ice cream but let me check.” I reply politely, okay thank you. He then comes back and yells, “YEAH WE HAVE IT PULL UP AT THE WINDOW.” He doesn’t ask if we want anything else or tells us our total but I didn’t think much about this and then drove to the window. Now, here is where the problem starts. I have never encountered this at any other drive thru before. The man opens the window and asks for payment. I give him my card. He closes the window. Then from the window, I see him angrily slamming my card into the card machine multiple times. Then he places my card onto the side of the machine and walks away. I saw him take the payment and just kept my card there which was strange. Normally, as soon as cashiers take your payment then give you your card back. He didn’t do it. I honked my horn to get his attention while he was walking back to get my card back. He opens the window and I ask him to give my card back. He begins yelling at me and says, “I AM GOING TO MAKE YOUR ORDER WHAT DO YOU WANT.” I said, please give me my card back. He lies and tells me, “I WILL MAKE YOUR ORDER FIRST THEN TAKE YOUR PAYMENT, YOU ARE MOVING TOO FAST, YOU NEED TO BE PATIENT.” All I asked was for him to give my card back and I even saw him process the payment so I don’t know why he reacted like that and lied that he still hasn’t processed the payment yet. I replied to him, “hey man take it easy all I ask is for you to give my card back as you just processed my payment.” He then gave my card back and STARTED USING CURSE WORDS and multiple F-words while yelling that why did I tell him to take it easy. I asked him, “Im sorry why are you getting so heated up.” Then he said, WE ARE NOT SERVING YOU GET OUT and then closed the window. At this point, we left and went to another DD. It seems from prior reviews this guy is aggressive, has anger issues, and is a threat to our community. He needs to be fired immediately. I have never dealt with such despicable customer service in my life.

Excellent service by a young lady who helped me with an order today. In spite of a small understandable error, she refunded me for the mistake, and was extermely kind, polite and professional. I was amazed at her accepting responsibility and going the extra mile, without being defensive, by wishing me a Great Day several times while other team members joyfully laughed at my prospect of a good day. I also comment the Manager in charge who was also present to help. Keep up the good work!! Shout out to the Owners of this location, these employees deserve a special reward.

What a joke. I come to this Dunkin’ multiple times a week and order the exact same drink. never had an issue until today. It came out looking like straight milk, so I asked for less milk and the employee tells me, “We can’t add less milk.” Seriously?? What does that even mean? It’s a liquid, not a law. On top of that, he tells me the manager’s policy is to give a refund if someone doesn’t like their coffee instead of just making it right? I don’t want a refund, I want the drink I ordered, the way I always get it. If I wanted a glass of milk, I’d go to a grocery store. Just picked up my drink from Starbucks and am now finally enjoying my morning coffee. Will never come to this location again!!

I honestly don’t know how this one particular Dunkin is open ! These people can’t follow orders and when you bring it in to tell them how poorly they did and you want something else they give you the only attitude what happen to I’m right your wrong I’m the customer.. they don’t even cook the food all the way the bacon looked almost raw .. don’t come here !!
