Staff is friendlier than staff at most places in McComb. They take an extra long time to bring orders out even if you order ahead on the app. They have also started making mistakes on orders. Seems like orders would be accurate for the amount of time they take.

We love chic-fil-A
Most times it meets expectations and is great. This visit the chicken in our sandwich was a bit greasy and they forgot to add the pepperjack cheese.
We will eat here again to check on consistency.

Very nice place.
Clean, the people very kind, the food excellent, I ask the combo 1 with iced tea.
I went on a Saturday at 5 pm and there were plenty of room.
A lot of parking there were eating families, I recommend a lot this place.

I got the spicey chicken sandwich with Pepper Jack cheese and their signature waffle fries. The meal was very good and the service was great. They bring your order to your table when it is ready.

Do not come if you are in a hurry. The people are wonderful! But they have obviously been told to cook to order. I have never been here and gotten my order in less than 15-20 minutes. I even order via the app and click ‘I am at the restaurant-Prepare my Order’ before I am actually there. Doesn’t matter. Note times on the pics. I finally received my order around 9:22

My grandfather passed away this week and I was sitting at the Chik fil A in McComb balling and typing out a message on Facebook.
Unexpectedly one of the employees walked up and placed a stack of napkins for me to wipe my tears with. He didn’t say a word… just set them down and walked away. It was a perfect gesture in a moment that needed just a touch of kindness for me today.

Gave me the wrong food. I ordered a breakfast burrito with no hashbrowns with sausage. They gave me a fried chicken burrito and I cannot eat it due to being diabetic. I AM SICK OF THIS LOCATION AND THEIR LACKLUSTER SERVICE.
