Food was what you expect from a Noodles and Company. Service was great and accommodating. The dining area was mostly clean. We sat came in when it was mostly empty and so everything was “tidied up”, but it was only clean at a surface level. The bathroom here was borderline unusable with how disgusting it was. Literal puddle of who knows what under the urinal. Single stall was Jerry rigged to close/lock and disgusting inside. Honestly will avoid this store front knowing how poorly the accessible areas are kept – who knows if the food prep areas are any better.

After A long, LONG trip, from Reno to Chicago, I wasn’t feeling so well. Last time I was in town, this place was fantastic. I ordered some buttered noodles and Parmesan thinking that’d be just the thing. Staying at a hotel when you’re not feeling very good is the pits. I went and picked up my order, and it was inedible. The noodles were hard, and all clumped together, half raw half over cooked, and there was no saving it. I ended up throwing it away and getting a won ton chicken soup from the cute, little, Chinese take out. Should have just gone to Mapo from the git. I won’t go back to, “Noodles and Co” you shouldn’t either, and shame on them for calling themselves that.

Marisol is the best! Thank you for helping us make my daughter’s 8th birthday a success- especially because we didn’t call ahead. Jimmy John’s across the street suddenly closed and my daughter was in tears. Last minute we switched the party to Noodles and Company and we just had a blast here. 10 kids and two adults. Everyone had what they wanted- some kids were so excited because they dined here before and others were so pleased after trying for their first time. Kids loved the kids menu where some got to order very plain noodles while some dolled it up with steak. Spaghetti and meatballs were a huge hit as well as buttered noodles. Kids love they got to choose not one but two sides. Some chose double broccoli to keep it healthy while others avoided the broccoli and loved the applesauce and the krispy treat. For drinks we loved the idea of the Freestyle coke machine but wanted to avoid creating a long line for other patrons with 10 kids- so we had the kids stick with the kids menu options. All were so happy with that! Milk, chocolate milk, fruit punch or apple juice! Again I have to tell you Marisol and the staff here were amazingly kind and patient with my party of 12. I was a nervous wreck but could not have been happier. And I even signed up for the rewards points app thingy before ordering and now have points for freebies here. Thank you so much Noodles and Company!

A group of girls met there to celebrate a bachelorette party! The team at this location went above and beyond to ensure we had the start of a really fun night. The manager was incredibly sweet and personal. Our service was exceptional! The food was amazing as usual! Pad Thai has been a long time favorite for me! The potsticker shareable were also delicious. Highly recommend this exceptional location for any occasion!

Always a favorite place for my fiancé and I. This location has really taken a dive over the years. There’s a bad smell in the air, bathrooms aren’t clean, and food wasn’t even appetizing. Wont be coming back unless changes are made.
