Trini was the worst customer service I’ve ever received at a restaurant. This experience has unfortunately led to me no longer being a patron of round table. I had ordered a pizza online, (mind you we went with round table because we wanted stuffed crust). We ended up ordering two large pizzas instead of the XL since they could only do stuffed crust with the large. Price was $50 per pizza. I specifically entered the stuff crust option. Both our pizzas came with no stuffed crust. We called round table and unfortunately talked to Trini. Trini’s tone was condescending from the start. The audacity was a very interesting choice since she was acting like I was lying about ordering stuffed crust in the first place. Needless to say nothing was resolved or made right. It’s very disappointing that I will no longer order from the pizza place that used to be my favorite.

This was my first time at this Round Table location. They were very friendly and when I ordered a medium Garlic chicken they let me know the large was on special for almost the same price so I got it. The atmosphere was very relaxing, cool and the pizza was excellent. It was nice and garlicy, plenty of toppings and the crust was crispy but not burnt, just how I like it.

Wow! Best pizza you’ve had since the 1980’s! This is really good pizza, Great Pizza! I challenged the owner when I was looking at the menu prices… I told him the prices are a bit higher than the average pizza joint… but okay if it truly is good pizza. It was!

The owners are unbelievably cheap. I went in and got 2 large pizzas and drinks. I forgot to purchase a ranch so I went to TRY and BUY 1 ranch and was told. I had to buy atleast $5 worth of things to pay with card. I told her all I had was card. And she didn’t care. Ranch is $1 so I’m just a little surprised at how cheap one can be. I didn’t ask for a free ranch at first I had my card out to pay. This will be the last time I go there.

Just finished picking up my 3rd company-wide order from these guys! I always feel so bad because I have to place an order for 80+ personal pizzas, and I know it’s gotta be a pain to make them all in my timeframe! I needed them by 11:15 (15 minutes after they open) so I went in the day before to place this order. Justin was SUPER helpful, and it was very easy to communicate my needs to him and the team he was with. I got all 80 pizzas to my work with time to spare, and they were delicious as always! A big thank you to everyone who worked on it: Justin, Jesus, Edwin, and Frederico (and anyone else I might have missed). 10/10 Would absolutely order from here again. 🙂
