Employees were great. Food was great. But they had no crushed red pepper packets, no Parmesan packets, no season packets. The dining room was like being in a funeral home. TVs on the wall not turned on, bare tables, Buffett covered with boxes instead of pizza. This would be a good place to start a pizza place. If the owners or corporate are too bad off to give complimentary packets to diners the. They need to close up and let a real pizza place move in. Just a shame that it has changed so much since COVID and they still use that for an excuse to make money and not offer the great services and products that they used to have. Home them the best with that in the future. Why not bring back the Buffett and condiments like pre Covid. Bad Business model.

No service. Order at the counter. Employee was not friendly but not negative either. The order was not right or tasty but no need to complain. What happened to the amazing Pizza Hut we had before COVID?

No fountain drinks or tap water. No parmesan or crushed red pepper flakes for your pizza, you have to pay $1.29 for it. No waitress or server. Buffet had been closed, Monticello is open during the week, people at other locations argue it’s a corporate thing. I think I’ll take my business to Monticello where I have a server and a buffet like a REAL Pizza Hut.

We sat down in the restaurant to eat, like my husband and I did when we were kids. It was a little sparse but they had a giant TV with family guy on and It was the best pizza hut pizza we’ve ever had. Highly recommend and we will be back!

Pizza tastes like cardboard, sauce taste like wet drywall, but the toppings are great. I think it’s crazy that there’s no waiters or waitresses in the restaurants anymore. What’s the point of going out to eat there? They don’t even have delivery people anymore. They use doordash and other things. Gone are the good old days of ordering out pizza and getting a quality pie delivered.

It’s really impossible to articulate how bad the service and especially delivery service really is. We pay more for Door Dash (only bc my kids love their cheese sticks) just to avoid having to wait over two hours for delivery. Even then, the Door Dashers have to wait forever to pick up the order. Ridiculous

Wings aren’t actually tossed in sauce, you have to scrape the sauce out of the bottom of the bowl and put it on yourself.. cashiers very rude, had to finish vacuuming before even greeting me. Some people shouldn’t be in customer service. Pizza has a taste of sweetness, like it’s been cooked on a dirty dessert pan.
