Very angry with the staff at this location. We frequent the Spectrum location, but this time we tried this place and it was a terrible experience. The person wouldn’t let us eat inside or outside because we had a “SERVICE DOG.” YES I HAVE THE CERTIFICATE WITH ME ALL THE TIME. They told us we could only order takeout. We asked if we could eat at the tables outside the restaurant, and that was also denied. We ordered takeout, and the person who took the order was rude and almost pressured us to order. We are big fans of this company, but it’s a shame they have staff like that. Their website says they DO accept pets. So what’s the deal?

I normally don’t write reviews for things like this but if you order take out take my advice and check your food before you walk out! I came here instead of a cheaper ramen place because they had the option to change the protein to chicken. Not only did they give my order to the wrong person but when they re did my order they gave me pork. I was soooo upset. Thankfully my husband got the chicken we requested and I ate a piece of his cherry on top, this was a pregnancy craving. Ladies working there were really nice but they really need to double check their work 🙁

I’m sure the food is amazing. I’ve been to the Irvine Spectrum location many times. This is my first time at this location and thinking they close at 10, showing up at 9:20 doesn’t sound bad. I walked in and the lady immediately shut me and my girlfriend down by saying the kitchen closes at 9:20. It was 9:20 when we walked in so I doubt they had even started any closing routines. Which is weird to begin with because that’s an odd time to close. As a customer who wasn’t able to dine at this location after showing up with more than enough time to order food and leave, I am very upset.

I finally made it to the new Silverlake Ramen in Irvine and it did not disappoint! If you’re tired of standing in line at the Spectrum store, just do yourself a favor and head here instead.
The staff were incredibly welcoming, the space was clean, and the food was great as usual. I was especially impressed by their vegan options—rich broths, perfectly cooked noodles, and bold flavors that don’t leave you feeling like you’re missing out.
Definitely my new go-to ramen spot in the area.

My family loves coming here. The ramen is delicious, the spiny tuna crispy rice app, the chicken app, and the churro dessert is incredible. I have a baby and a toddler; which both love the side of noodles and chicken. They eat well and the environment is welcoming. The service is excellent and the food comes out quick. Highly recommend this spot!

We drove from far to have dinner since we saw they closed at 10:00 pm and we arrived at 9.26pm but we were told they were close at the door. I think it should say somewhere that they actually close before 9.20 pm so clients don’t drive here and then it is too late.
