Visit here often, the services is always top notch. This location gets pretty busy in the mornings with downtown workers but you still never have to wait long. I witnessed the old manager go out of her way to be kind and helpful to a homeless man, giving him some coffee and helping him clean up a spill while he was putting creamer in. Very good people and highly recommend visiting here for the services alone.

They were super busy with line wrapped far into the street. however they worked quickly and efficiently. The Baristas made my coffee perfectly. The Drive thru work was a little rushed but did his job well. I wanted to pay it forward and had to get him to look at me for 1/2 a second to pay for the car behind me. Best time to be here for coffee tasking experiments is Sunday evenings ~5pm or so. (See below!)
I started coming here recently because its a newer location and a convenient spot. I sometimes come very early in the morning and have always been greeted well and have had great service.
A few days ago I was unaware that I could get a free tea and was trying to buy one but she instead told me it was on the house. I was glad she did that because she could have just taken my money.
Then today I am working from there and a guy who I assume is the manger was doing a great job interacting with customers and helping manage staff who all seemed very competent in their own right. Then he made up an experimental coffee tasting. It became a whole thing where he talked about what he made, why he made it that way and offered samples for free to everyone in the building and said thanks for spending time with them. He came around and told everyone what was happening and people loved it. He pulled out some Italian roast some chocolate croissant. He helps relieve the potent nature of the drink with some whip and some salted caramel drizzle.
He says that Sunday is the day he does this taste testing thing, which is honestly super cool. He genuinely is enjoying getting to experiment with things and share it with customers.
Personally I am not a coffee person, at least what many would consider coffee. My go to is a Iced Mocha, and I didnt want much of it but the environment was super cool .Definitely somethign that has made me want to come to this particular location more often, even go out of my way to do so.
Definite the guy needed to run this place. Great job.

This has become my favorite coffee shop – location is close enough to easily walk from home, variety of sitting areas that accommodate lots of people and delicious oat milk option. However, the friendliness of the staff stands out!!! Reminds me of Starbucks decades ago.

I can say this Starbucks finally got my order right first one in the last 10 visits to a Starbucks only thing is way too much ice watered down flavor almost no flavor at all but if their drinks were as awesome as their personality their drinks and everything would be a total five stars the young ladies were just the sweetest I’ve seen in a long time I just wished that my drink tasted more like coffee and less like water went back in this morning and they made up for the one I got yesterday absolutely fabulous and thank you for having the caramel frappuccino at this particular Starbucks is my favorite drink thank you for doing a wonderful job on it

This is the finest Starbucks I have ever been to. Amy, the manager, who took our order, was so genuinely considerate by asking our names, offering suggestions for food and beverage. She then brought our order to our table and brought the food on a small wooden tray and coffee in a ceramic mug, not wrapped in paper with paper cups. She then asked where we are from and confirmed if our service was satisfactory. That is really first-class service, even for a coffee shop!
