Ordered pickup on doordash and my fiance went to pick it up and was told I only ordered one Baja blast. Incorrect. Anyways he went back through the drive thru and said that we were missing a Baja Blast he proceeds to say we only ordered one. And my fiance was willing to pay for another one. He gets up to the window and the driver whipped his hand out and gave him the Baja blast and slammed the drive thru door. That is rude. So rude. I would add a photo of the order to prove his actions were aggressive and uncalled for but I can’t figure it out.

I had a pathetic experience at this Taco Bell today. Me and other people had to wait around an hour to get our food. here’s what I ordered: discovery lux box with no sour cream on flamin’ hot grilled cheese burrito, a Doritos locos taco, and a steak chalupa with no sour cream or tomatoes. I also ordered 2 Doritos locos tacos, 2 3 cheese chicken flatbread melts, and a large nacho fry and a large drink.
When I finally got my food, it was cold and they forgot 2 tacos and tortilla chips. Unless you fix the problems of service inconsistency,
I will no longer be giving you my money.

Stopped by here to get a quick bite to eat while on the road. Can’t say I was entirely impressed. Usually Taco bell is very consistent but something about this location turned me off. The bean burrito I ordered was very wet/watery and the steak that I had was a bit undercooked.
That said, I will say that the staff was very kind, and worked fast to get our food out despite the line in the drive-thru. Zero problems with customer service.
I hope the manager can step in from this point to help improve the quality of the food being served so that this franchise can thrive. It’s a beautiful building with a convenient location, it has potential but it needs some work. Big time.

This is a nice Taco Bell. I went here and was satisfied with my experience. I walked into here and ordered the Taco Bell pizza from a self order kiosk. After waiting for a few minutes, I received my pizza. It was surprisingly good, having a nice, cheesy taste encapsulated by a tortilla. Putting Diablo sauce on top of this made it extra good. After eating I left, satisfied with my experience. I gave this Taco Bell five stars because it has surprisingly good fast food.

Every time I go here the tortillas are stale and it is lacking the fillings. They are definitely not upholding the tacobell standard. They need to take a page out of the genoa taco bell hand book to improve their product

Went here tonight and ordered food for the family. I was highly disappointed when we got home and opened it up. 2 of our naked chicken chalupas had NO tomato or sour cream. Lots of lettuce and a little cheese. One also tasted very burnt. The toppings and meat on the rest of the food was very skim, with little meat. We tried to call but no one picked up. And when we ordered our food, there was only one person behind me, so they weren’t that busy. We were very disappointed with how we got our food.

TACO BELL: PLEASE JUST SHUT THIS LOCATION DOWN & PUT THEM OUT OF THEIR MISERY! I notice after i posted this, there were several other posts nearly identical, so management here obviously just doesnt care. I don’t eat very often at Toxic Hell, but this has to be the worst one i have EVER been to by a long shot!!! Drive thru service was good, but the food was terrinle & unedible! The Burrito Supremes were very watery for some odd reason. So we tried the I Chalupas, and they were even worse! They were completely stuffed with lettuce only! No balance with the ingredients at all! There was a thin layer of tomatoes, a rediculous amount of lettuce, with a nearly non-existant layer of protein! I didnt even see any cheese, but sour cream had just s dab on the back half. Not even a thin layer. For the price we paid to feed 2 children at about $14/pp, we cld have gone to get a real meal, not this garbage! One of the kids complained their chalupa tasted funny. So I tried it & the shell had a rotten flavor to it?!? Not sure ifvit was just burnt orbif something nasty fell in the fryer, or if they just never bother tk vlean it out?!? This thing was a joke and tasted worse than it looked! Stay the hell away from this Taco bell! Zoom in on the layers and you will be hard pressed to spot any ground beef at all!?! No consistency with this location to any others!
