Loved the empanadas at first, the last 4 orders I purchased were flat and barely filled. I bite into it and it’s like air with a slight taste of sauce. So sad as these were a favorite that made me actually drive all the way to the mall for. Not sure what changed but this has been a constant disappointment for at least the last 4 months now. It tastes like trying to cut expenses. I hope they address and correct the issue.

Absolutely delicious chicken. I got the 4 piece box meal with yuca fries and coleslaw. Each piece of chicken was undeniably juicy, and the outsides were so crispy, not soggy!!! I gobbled it down so fast. I got the mango drink with it, also very good and refreshing. The girl Vanessa who was working the register was incredibly sweet, and had my food out in two minutes flat. I used a free coupon for that meal today, but I plan in going back very very soon!!!

The few times I’ve been able to get chicken, it’s been good, but most times I go they are out of chicken (20-30 min wait and only dark meat). Three weekends in a row and I think it happens a lot more. At what point do you say, maybe we need to make more? They are always polite, but clearly not managed well.

I really like this place—the food is delicious. However, it does seem like they’re short on staff, especially on Fridays through Sundays. You can tell the team is doing their best, but they often look overwhelmed. Also, the roasted chicken is almost always sold out.
