I decided to dine in today , and was so disgusted by the cleanliness of the dining room!!! The floors , walls , tables & chairs , as well as the soda area were filthy and looked as if never cleaned in a year If this is how the front of the house looks , I can just imagine how the back looks . If the owner walked in , everyone would be fired ! I probably won’t come back What a shame !!!

Having loved Penn Station over the years, I’m sorry to say my last visit was not the best. I ordered online and didn’t see a place to indicate I had a coupon. I could have missed it. When I got to the store, the manager (I assume) was quite short when he rejected a request to apply the coupon at pickup. I didn’t further engage him, I picked up my order and left. When I opened my sandwich at home there were no tomatoes, even though they came on the order and there were no pickles, which I had ordered as an addition. Not happy but I proceeded to eating it. If not the worst sub I have ever had it fell into the top three.
Needless to say I won’t be returning.

Stopped for a quick lunch. Really enjoyed the Philly Steak sandwich and fries. Everyone that works there was so pleasant and friendly. They made our lunch enjoyable! We appreciated the free cookie that was delicious and warm!

Odd set-up for ordering I’d much rather pay the person taking the orders to verify accuracy. Instead, one of the line cooks took my order and I had to go to the other end of the counter to confirm my order and pay. Any possible error therefore can’t be confirmed and corrected before they start making the sandwich(es).

A very clean Penn Station when I was there. Great subs and fries with all the classics and fresh lemonade. Everything is made to order.

Jason the manager is on point; our order was wrong and he gave us a free replacement meal with zero hassle. Great food, highly recommended.

We go here weekly. They are always awesome. Just please make fries crispy when we ask for them crispy.
That’s the only thing that isn’t always perfect!

Ordered two sandwiches to go. After a long time we were told my sandwich was given to someone else so we had to wait. After another 5-10 minutes, we found out they didn’t make the second sandwich until we checked the bag before we left so we had to wait even longer. If the food was good I wouldn’t have minded but the bread was soggy and the fries were honestly the worst I’ve had in a long time from a restaurant. They gave us a few coupons for a small sandwich but I doubt we’ll use them at this location, hopefully this isn’t normal across all locations
