When the Yohe family owned these in Cumberland county it was the best damn chicken, fries, burgers, beef ribs and etc. I should know I lived next door and ate there twice daily. Getting many freebies in the evening before closing. I believe Phil Shelvlin was the manager then.. This would have been the late 60s early 70s. It must have really gone down

The communication guy / drive thru money man needs a shave and a bath. He charged the regular price for 12pc not the promotional, worst of all the had no chocolate cake. Gave me cookies after I asked for the yummy chocolate cake. Chicken and sides always good, can’t screw up perfection.

Drive through closed because short staffed. Didn’t have coleslaw because the person didn’t make it. Young girl at register couldn’t be bothered to stand up, had to lean on the register. This store is horrible. If you want fried chicken best pick it up at the grocery store. Quicker, better service, and a whole lot less expensive.

Would give a zero if I could. Every time I give them another shot they dissapoint. Always get my order wrong. Never anyone to help us. Service super slow. Not the cleanest location. Highly disappointed, and I enjoy KFC.
Ordered an 8 piece with sides, was told we could have the 8 piece. Pulled up to the window handed our card and only got sides. Turns out they neglected to put in our order and messed up our side order anyway. Should have got the 8 piece, 2 sides and biscuits.
WILL NOT BE GOING BACK, I RECOMMEND OTHERS DON’T AS WELL.
Manager wasn’t any help either. Seemed to have a chip on their shoulder.

We went around 2:30 on a Saturday. The service was very, very slow. However, because of the wait the guy apologized and gave us several extra cookies. So with the super friendly attitude, and the giving of fresh cookies I’d say it was a nice visit. Just what I needed after work

Order a 16 pc only got 9, corn was sitting in the butter oil which was at the top of the container and tasted like eating oil, the chicken I did receive had 4 pieces raw. I called the manager and I was told to come back in which I did but when I got there he seemed like he couldn’t be bothered the cashier did it all replacing the meal, yes they made it right but raw chicken is unacceptable even the workers said they got sick from eating the chicken so I will not be returning there. They got one star only because the cashier acting very professional and handled my issue when it should of been the manager.

The lady was nice to us. Bossing around school children but getting work done. She was so kind to my kids though. Gotta love her. And she did all the feel good service just by the drive thru.

Food was over done and tasted like it had been under a warmer. Craving KFC i drove out of my way from the turnpike to get some. I wanted a traditional bucket but they were out of chicken!!!! Would have had to wait 30 minutes to get fresh chicken. I opted for tenders. I did ask for a breast and they ended up giving me an extra. So they tried to make up for the inconvenience. I did appreciate that. It was also around 8 in the evening, but it was Friday night.

Visited a first and LAST time! Filthiest restaurant I have ever seen! Visible Crumbs, food residue on counters, on floor, cleaning bottles knocked over laying in floor, broken glass/plastic window of food holder, food holder windows have not been cleaned in what looks like weeks! Entry door were just as dirty. Office was a dirty disorganized mess, visible from the counter, service was mediocre at best. Young guys 16-20, shaggy group, funky hair dye job, backwards ball cap, no customer service skills. Parking lot full of trash, Food was what I expected. This place has an extremely run-down, dirty, gross appearance! I will not be back.
