This was so shocking expecting grilled chicken strips on salad . Once reaching my destination poking my fork into my salad that first bite tasted funny . Took a good look at the chicken . Proceeds chicken squares. I picked them all out, shockingly the chicken was half the salad . I’m not into processed foods consumption . Besides that everything else I’d give 5 ⭐️

The people here are usually very friendly. They will get your order wrong sometimes but I like coming here. The food is not the best, but if you just want a bagel and cream cheese then it’s pretty good for what you get from a chain.

The restaurant was near empty but no workers came to clean off tables or restrooms. Our table had hair on it not happy to have seen that. The workers made up for all that with excellent customer service. I will visit again…..

The Sip Club is my favorite! I seek out a Panera Bread location whenever I am out of town on business trips. I was in Albany for three days, and this location was only a 3 minute drive from my hotel. Very convenient! I would highly recommend this location!

This was a great experience I come here once a year and every time I visit Panera their service is good in food. Nothing is overwhelmingly salty but always creamy and temperature wise for consumption! The margarita pizza is a good choice not only is the cheese with fresh mozzarella but the sauce is so tangy. Also it’s on a flat bread! So crispy and crunchy. Sorry if I’m making yall’s mouth water! Come and try them out!

Normally, I would rate this Panera as a 5 star. However, if I am paying 5 or mor dollars for a 5 oz fruit cup I expect to get what I pay for (5 oz of fruit not including the weight of the cup). I opened my bag and was reading the ingredients, got curious and weighed it. All other aspects were great; hot food, good lemonade, etc. I order regularly from here and hopefully they get their stuff together
