Overall not a bad local Chinese restaurant. Super friendly staff and hot and fast apps. Egg drop soup was great, thick and creamy. Crab rangoons had a solid fry on them with a tasty filling. Chicken egg roll was under cooked and had raw veggies in it. The firecracker chicken was underwhelming at best with little spice and no texture.

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service/help!! I waited over an hour for my food. I was told it would be ready in 20-30min. I asked for an update 45min after making my order with its going to be another 20-30min longer. No sorry for ur wait or anything of the sort. I told the young girl taking phone calls (who made the estimate and update) they should better estimate their food wait times to hear her response of “you should order sooner”. I was not the only one she was giving attitude to. This type of customer service is NEVER acceptable or should be ok anywhere. I will never be back and will never recommend this place to anyone.

We once loved Bo Bo but sure has gone down hill. Restaurant its self is clean but worn down. Staff was friendly but the food absolutely sucked. I ordered firecracker chicken the sauce had no taste and no spice. Chicken was breaded and mushy, and let me tell you the chicken was nasty old/ freezer burn taste I gagged and spit it out. We ordered chicken fried rice no taste and hardly any chicken in the rice and what chicken we did have was shedded. Only good thing we received food was was crab rangoon. For 2 meals we paid almost 50$ and automatically when ordered online or added a tip. I can see if you don’t pay attention to extra charges they get double tip.
Needless to say don’t waste your money here and they have forever lost out business and families business.

We were regulars for years ! In the last three months something drastically went wrong. Not sure if it’s the cooks or the food quality.
Over Christmas our kids were in town and wanted Mongolian beef. Horrible! The meat was like leather and it was smothered in stale onions. Today we thought we’d give it another chance. The fried rice had nothing in it. Not even seasoning. The sause in the almond chicken tasted like water. No flavor at all. The shrimp low main was equally disappointing. I’m sad. It was one of our favorites.

Excellent hot and sour soup with very good Combo Fried Rice . Came with 2 crab Rangoon(which were average), but the sweet and sour sauce is amazing. Price is decent, with lunch costing 11ish dollars.
The General Chicken is decent but not exceptional.

Possibly the best shrimp egg foo young in the city of Omaha, since King Fong. The sauce is on point the patties are thick and full of shrimp. The protein is cooked into the party- not piled on top of it. The beef fried rice has great color and lean pieces of beef. Missing bean sprouts but still has good flavor.

We came here for peanut butter chicken. It is not something you see at Chinese restaurants on the west coast. My wife got it and it was as expected, very good.
I got General Tso’s chicken. I’ve had this at many different restaurants, and no two are alike. This was the absolute worst. It was just wrong and not spicy at all.
The crab rangoons are always excellent and among the best I’ve had.
Every place has increased prices, of course, but Bo Bo China was still pretty reasonable.

Some of the best CHINESE FOOD in Omaha! They also have the BEST EGG FOO YOUNG ever!!! If you haven’t tried them yet please do yourself a favor and get some!
