This one messed up my food multiple times. After having a really rough day today, all I wanted to do was get home and eat some tacos, which is only a few minutes away. The first thing I opened was a taco that was absolutely soaked and fell apart. I just want Taco Bell to know that you can really ruin someone’s day. It’s kind of like, “Okay, that’s how it’s going to go, of course it’s not fair when you have control over that.”

This is the worst KFC/Taco Bell in Montgomery County. Last week I ordered Uber Eats. This location three minutes from my house. It’s took almost two hours to get my order. The Uber guys was amazing even though he had to wait 40 minutes for my order. It wasn’t his fault. I appreciated his communication with me the whole time. I gave him an extra $15 tip because of his communication and patience. Of course the food was ice cold by the time I received it. Tonight, my order was totally wrong. The young lady who took the order had to be in the first grade. Not smart at all while taking the order. Then I get up to the window and of course it was all wrong as she read it to me. I kindly waited for her to finish to let her know that is not what I order at all. She corrected it I paid and drove off. Get home, my chicken little the bread was hard as a brick. My chicken tacos, same the tortillas as hard as well. Total damage the first time $17 plus a $25 total for the uber driver. Tonight’s total $15. I will never visit this location ever again. As the other gentleman said, Gunners Branch is way better and worth the ride!!!

When I first approached the colorful stripe building I was eager to try KFC. I’ve heard it was one of America’s classic Fried Chicken fast food chains. However, when I opened the door, I was greeted by a blob of customers, crowding the pickup and orde register. The person taking orders, was gone. Meanwhile, I looked at the back as a worker man is frantically breading fry chicken. My mind knew something was wrong. As I waited longer for my ASAP pickup order, I noticed many customers were getting their orders incorrect. Other customers were waiting nearly half an hour, if not longer for their orders. I could sense the uneasiness, the frustration, and agitation in the crowd. There wasn’t a single SMILE on anyone’s face. One customer who waited a while, finally got their order “corrected”, only to recieve wrong type of wings. However, pent up with the long wait time, he decided to move on. At this point I and a friend were getting concerned. We’ve been waiting for half an hour for an order of just a chicken sandwich, some sauce, and a biscuit. It wasn’t like we were ordering a family meal. Eveuntally, I noticed a pile of finished orders being stacked behind the the counter, as if to tempt the customers there order is ready, but o.t of there reach. I was confused why so many compelted orders were being stacked on the counter, but not being handed to the many customers? I’m very dissapointed in the manager for having this KFC so understaff. Not only does this hurt the customer expereince but creates unecessary stress for the worker. When I finally got my chicken sandwich, It tasted alright, crispy, hot, but felt like it lacked much flavor, probably due to the little sauce. Nonetheless, it wasn’t worth a 35 minute wait. So next time, when you come to this KFC, be prepared to wait. Be prepare for an incorrect order. Prepare your sanity.

Welp! That does it for me! I LOVE KFC.. when its cooked correctly. I have been to this location 4 times with the last time being last night and gotten sick 3 times! I know I know..if you got sick there before..why go back? Well, the last time I ordered from there it was pretty good. And its close to my job. But they seem to have fallen back into their old ways again. 2 pc meal and the best part of the whole meal was my sweet lightning mountain dew. Both pieces of chicken RAW! How are we a fried chicken spot but we can’t…fry…chicken?????? I’m so confused. And absolutely done! If anyone reads this review,KFC on Gunners’ Branch is waaayyy better. Save yourself a possible ER trip and stay faaarrr from this one!

The restaurant itself was clean and well-maintained, with a friendly and efficient staff ready to take my order.
I opted for the classic KFC meal, which included a crispy chicken drumstick, a buttery biscuit, a side of creamy mashed potatoes with gravy, and a refreshing drink and bucket chicken 12 pcs.

To the owner of this establishment, I respectfully request an increase in staffing levels at this location. My orders are consistently not ready for pickup at the scheduled time. Currently, there are only four staff members, with two in the kitchen and two at the counter who are also assisting in the kitchen. To prospective customers, I recommend observing the operational capacity before placing an order.

We don’t have a KFC nearby anymore and so we wanted to enjoy it after many years. I ordered through the app and went through the drive-through for 6 piece “Taste of KFC” order. It’s been a while since I ordered KFC. We were told to park in front and wait. We waited almost 15 minutes and when we got the food it wasn’t even fresh tasting! It was around 6 to 6:30pm on a Saturday so it must not have been busy and the chicken was stale and terrible. The Mac & Cheese and Cole Slaw was very small portion but it was good. We didn’t even get the corn at all. The biscuits were alright. What happened to the quality of KFC? I always chose KFC over Popeyes in the past. There was nothing that made it worth $20! Never again. No wonder the KFC’s closed out in many areas as the quality wasn’t good and therefore no business!

Place is a dump, menu was to small to read, they wouldn’t help in telling the options, not a single smile on anyone that worked there. No napkins, no straws available and got an attitude when I simply asked for utensils to eat the sleazy Mac n cheese we got. Terrible.
