I ordered thru door dash and their delivery was great, however the food was awful. I’ve been to Panda several times and love it but today’s order was not good. Everything was off. Beef and broccoli was not cooked like usually. The rice and greens were dry and undercooked. The worst of all was the orange chicken. It was soooo spicy. There were so many peppers in it, I couldn’t eat it. I usually add chili sauce but didn’t need to this time. Don’t know if the cook was cooking for their own spice tolerance. It did not have the orange chicken flavor either.
I’ve never had a bad experience from here so I’m hoping this is a one time occurrence.

The noodles were some what dry and bland. Orange chicken was good as always. Price for the food varies, sometimes you get a discount with the mobile app. Other than that its a regular panda express, 3/5 with a 5 being the best restaurant in the world.

The cashier tonight was so nice and helpful. Kept be updated on my order status and always had a smile. Every customer before me seemed to leave with a smile and very satisfied. She was awesome!

The manager Natalia is very rude and very quick with her customers. She rung me up for beef and broccoli when I asked for orange chicken. I checked my order before leaving and realized it was wrong. I told her I asked for orange not beef and broccoli she slammed the beef and broccoli in the garbage. And made the right order she also didnt ring me for the crab Rangoon I asked for. Once I realized that I told that I asked for crab Rangoon and she said no you didn’t. You didn’t ask for that. I said ma’am I can pay for it with my card in my hand. She said we’ll you didn’t ask for it.

She’s argumentative and not pleasant at all.
These restaurants winder why they don’t have a flood of customers. It’s because your staff is terrible. Do better PANDA EXPRESS.

They whole pot of rice was burnt and it even smelled burnt . When i ask for some fresh rice , the girl gave an attitude look on her face that was so dissatisfying it almost upset me. She didn’t wanna exchange my box for fresh rice and when she finally did , it was still burnt. I just left cause i didnt wanna get upset today but this was my first and last time ever coming here. Really need to get it together.

I came in asking for fresh vegetables for my toddlers meals and for myself because they’re not used to eating meats and fried food. The workers told me the fresh vegetables would come out in 5 minutes. I said great! I would wait. And here comes the so called manager,(Kevin was his name) I guess to feed his ego and “high authority” of Panda Express saying the leftovers were fine and he wasn’t bringing any out until these were finished and gone. Mind you , these vegetables had no carrots, no zucchini, or string beans. As they advertise and how it’s supposed to be made. These were leftovers that this manager insisted on giving my family and myself until they “were done” Even though the workers were giving me fresh vegetables in 5 minutes. You can tell this manager scares these poor kids working and feels superior of being “King” of Panda Express to not let them serve us fresh vegetables. Like who does this? The pictures speak for themselves. Disgusting leftover vegetables trying to be served to us by the manager and fresh vegetables being made on second picture that we could’ve bought two extra meals with. Panda Express is losing money because of Wana be managers like this joke of one.
