made a coffee with literally 0 coffee in it, I live 20 minutes away and was told I needed to bring it back ‘tonight’ as if I waited until the morning, which is more convenient for me as I have somewhere to be tomorrow, that ‘I could do anything to it overnight’. I am absolutely appalled and disgusted with your customer service. of course the little scared kitty cat wouldn’t give me his name so I could shout him out on here personally. I will be returning tomorrow morning and getting a free large coffee, that’s what I should have gotten right now but instead it is just hot water and cream. your cashier needs to be taught manners and have a better attitude, 1-21-25 at 4.30 PM.

Our little Dunkin’ here in Lincoln Maine is the absolute best out there I have ever been to. This morning my drink I mobile ordered went to Brewer some how. They took care of me and gave me a refund. Lived near Lincoln for almost 4 years now this Dunkin’ Donuts maybe has gottrn it right three times total. I did not go there for many months but tried it again today with their new six dollar meal deal. They charged me extra allond milk and then didn’t put any in my coffee.

I was visiting family and in desperate need of high speed internet, so I ordered lunch and got some work done.
Lunch was OK. I would have been much happier if they had some decent healthy options (they really don’t). But darn that internet was nice and fast!
Since I spent a good amount of time there, I figured it was only fair to order a something on my way out. I ordered a mint tea and ended up with mint hot chocolate. They offered to fix it, but I needed to go. You HAVE to REALLY like sweet stuff to like the mint hot chocolate!!! It was SO sweet, I was only able to drink a quarter of it.
The staff was very friendly and other for my drink snafu, everything was great.

all these employees hate their jobs. some food was cold some was warm. employees were rude, i get this is a dunkin and it’s not ideal but it is customer service after all. be happier or go work somewhere else where you don’t have to talk to people. they are not happy to be here, they are not friendly, they suck at juggling lobby and drive through in a quick manner even though there’s at least 6 of them here. at least food wasn’t bad though.

They were out of almost everything, which is not controllable by the employees but was extremely disappointing and the young man taking our order and running the window was very rude. I did see the girls busting their butts to make food and coffee while he just stood there and stared at us. I did not appreciate the rude service
