I can’t believe I’m only discovering this place now in Lynnwood!
The food doesn’t come out super fast like some other spots, but once it arrives, you immediately understand why everything is made with real care and intention.
Every dish we tried was delicious. You can really taste the quality and thought put into the food. Nothing felt rushed or sloppy.
We actually ended up here by accident because our usual pho place was closed for construction, and honestly… what a lucky find. This place is now a new favorite. Definitely worth the wait, and I’ll 100% be coming back.

I’ve been here twice so far and plan to return. Wide variety of Vietnamese vegan and meat dishes. The imitation chicken is delicious! Reasonable prices and large portion sizes. Clean restrooms and dining area. They also have a pretty aquarium on display near the entry. The waiter is quick and responsive. I appreciate how the chef came to our table to confirm our menu selections. The peanut sauce is a bit thin and sugary rather than peanut buttery.

Everything is incredible! Had the Beef Stew last night and HOLY SMOKES it was amazing! Best place in the area BY FAR and I’ve been to all of them. Big menu with incredible staff that remember you from the last time. Can say enough good things.

I ordered the round eye rare steak and beef meatball pho, spring rolls, and a Thai Tea. My husband had the round eye, fatty brisket, and flank pho with prawns added. Mmmm soooo good! It was a nice environment. We had good service and the food was great! We definitely recommend this place for Pho. The broth was very tasty.

We had book club Christmas lunch here and it was fabulous! Pho 84 is a “mom and pop” place in a stip mall. Not fancy, but they have a full yummy menu and they were very accommodating to our group.

This place had amazing pho and the service was amazing. We were second guessing going here because of the sketchy outside but we decided to go in. Best decision of the day! 10/10 go here immediately. Also very cheap pho and big bowls. VERY big menu and so much variety!
