The food is decent. We had appetizers. But the real seller for this bar is the service and bartenders Brian, Melaney, and Raz. Consistently kind, talkative, very fun, and friendly. Brian is killer at cocktails. He is willing to experiment and try new things, funny, likes to joke with customers. Excellent mixologist!! If you want an amazing drink, go find him. You will not be disappointed.

I wish I had read the reviews to this place before trying. However, we are snowed in due to inclement weather so we had no choice but to eat what was offered at the hotel. I treated myself to the 12oz Ribeye, the steak was lovely however, it only comes with 1 piece of broccolini and 2 raw carrots as a side. The potatoes came with a slice of cheese on top. Definitely not worth the $150 spent. I do not recommend this place!

The breakfast buffet had several options and all were hot & delicious. The service was efficient. The women servers were friendly, but the man was not. He made me feel as if he was being inconvenienced.

I’ve eaten here twice this week, and I enjoyed the Ribeye. The real star is the bartender Brian. He goes above and beyond to take care of the guests, and ensures things are right.

Has a great atmosphere for a hotel. My partner and I sat down and were the only 2 in the place. Ordered the Steak and Sausage and Peppers. I’m not sure how they managed to bring it to us cold. Steak was over cooked. Not medium rare. We ended up getting food poisoning.

Food poisoning alert: I got the chicken sandwich and fries and ended up sick for two days afterward. Just sharing this so others can be cautious! Stay away from the place not worth the risk of getting sick!

This place absolutely messed me up. I ate here and ended up with food poisoning not long after, and I’ve been sick for days. The front desk even told me that a couple of other people had the same issue recently. I shared with them and they showed zero concern. I also see other reviews saying they got food poisoning here too. Really awful experience. Stay far away from this place

If you’re looking for an out-of-this-world incredibly crafted cocktail, ask for Bryan at the bar. His service is personable, drinks are delicious, and will make you wish you were staying a few more days to enjoy his craft. Food was alright, but drinks were exceptional.

It’s okay. That pretty much sums up my review. It’s just fine. Food was okay, nothing too special. We had to eat pretty quickly because we had an event to go to, so we asked them if we could get our food fast and they brought it over swiftly. This is a bar and a small restaurant, food items include burgers, flatbreads, some small appetizers, deserts, etc.

Service was good, same people working for Hilton’s breakfast. I liked the burger and thought it was good, the flatbread was much better though. The cauliflower appetizer was undercooked. Drinks were better.

The one thing that was weird (to me) was that since our food was taking time to get made, the waiter brought out a bowl of nuts to eat until the food was ready. These were the most stale and bland nuts I have ever ate. I don’t know why he brought them out. 5 more minutes and I would have gotten my appetizer anyway.

I liked the fact that I could bill directly to the room number. But to sum it up, don’t expect anything too amazing, for a quick bite I’d say it gets the job done.

It is very frustrating that the online menu is different than the menu in the restaurant. I planned to eat dinner in the restaurant based on the menu online only to be disappointed in the actual selections. Also the bar staff seemed very inexperienced and failed to do some of the basic customer service such as asking how the food is and bringing condiments and a steak knife for the steak I ordered. The atmosphere is nice and prices are reasonable for a hotel restaurant. My steak was prepared to medium rare as I requested but the french fries that came with it were ice cold and not hand cut as advertised. One of reasons I like to eat at the hotel restaurant bars is to interact with the bartender(s) since I am from out of town and alone. There was no interaction whatsoever and I thought paying $9 for a non-craft beer – there is no happy hour- was wasted considering the lack of interaction that I received. Hilton should understand this is a weakness in this marketing niche. There are a ton of restaurants nearby that I would prefer in the future.
