Their strategy of “Make them way it in the drive thru until they leave” worked stellar. While I did remain in line for 45 minutes (25 of which was spent after I finally ordered) I finally pulled away without having received anything. Just a simple word of advice to any middle managers that are tasked with reading these reviews: If you’re location is not able to serve a customer start to finish during the timeframe of a typical meal break, you MUST shut down business for the day. Being open and providing frustration rather than service does more harm to your brand and company, than simply closing down while you hire adequate staff for your location.

This location is very unprofessional towards doordashers especially and liars. When I first arrived the girl working there told me the doordash for Gianna would be ready after a guy who was there named Austin and 2 people walked in and placed an order after I been there already for like 10 min. Austin got his food n left. Then they called the two people who just walked in like 5 min later and I was annoyed and asked how after the girl said the doordash was next and they just placed an order and I been there for like 20 min smh I asked how long will it take and the girl then said she don’t know shee not making it while standing near the dude who was then
A big dude on the line who was taking forever making food yelled out if I don’t want to wait u i can cancel and then i said shut up because he was being rude he said we not making it until you leave. They unprofessional, liars, and disrespectful like exactly y this location always have new people every time I go to pick up. I just left because they were trying to be funny.

Placed an order online for drive thru pickup in the early afternoon on a Sunday. When I got there, there were no cars, the drive thru was on but no one responded, and the doors were locked. I don’t plan to ever visit this taco bell ever again. The one in south Euclid is only a bit further.

This place is further away from my house, tonight will be the last time I leave there without checking the bag. I ordered a discovery luxe box only to find they DIDN’T GIVE ME THE CHIPS AND CHEESE! Come on, how do you not put the chips and cheese in a luxe box?!?!?!?!

Nobody came to the window after waiting 20 minutes. Associate was outside talking to their friend the entire time. Nobody inside to help saw 4 other cars leave with nothing myself included. 11/6/2025 at ‘midnight . Please talk to and hold your employees accountable. Unacceptable

It’s Taco Bell. You know what you are getting when you go there. It’s over processed “Mexican” food. You get it because you are a teenager and don’t know better or you are nostalgic for when you were a teenager. You order the same thing you always get and then regret it later that day.
They know what they are about though and haven’t tried to hide it. They even made a pie out of Baja Blast. I can respect that level of brand authenticity.

This location consistently has the slowest service I’ve ever seen at a Taco Bell. They often get the order wrong. And sometimes they just aren’t open during business hours with no explanation. Taco Bell corporate you need to do something about the locations in this area because they’re all terrible.
