Sushi Mango is a must-visit for sushi lovers! We did the steamed gyoza dumplings and the tempura shrimp! Both were delicious!

The fish is incredibly fresh, and the portions are generous — you can really taste the quality in every bite. We tried several rolls, and each one was phenomenal:

Black Dragon Roll – Rich, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Hearty eel pieces!

Tempura Shrimp Roll – Perfectly crispy with a great balance of texture and taste. Loved this one because the sauce to roll ratio was great!

Rainbow Roll – Fresh slices of fish over a classic
California roll and colorful favorite done right.

Bronco Roll – Unique and packed with flavor — a definite standout! A little spicy and well balanced!

Lollipop roll – this one was the cucumber outside and no rice! Very yummy with a fun refreshing sauce! It was well balanced!

Sushi and sashimi are generous cuts and fresh! I appreciate their display of our order!

The quality, flavor, and portion size exceeded our expectations. Sushi Mango knows what they’re doing, and we’ll definitely be back!

Staff and service were great!

I love trying new sushi spots, but Sushi Mango just didn’t hit the spot for me. The presentation of the dishes was actually really nice, and the prices were decent, but the overall experience fell a bit short.

We ordered four different rolls, and they were pretty mid across the board—nothing terrible, but nothing memorable either. The chicken teriyaki was surprisingly good and plated beautifully, definitely one of the better items we tried. The rock shrimp, on the other hand, was just okay.

Service was fine—not great, not bad—just okay. With so many great sushi options out there, this one didn’t stand out enough for me to want to return.

This place was interesting and the food was pretty good. The shrimp fried rice was good and had a cheesy taste to it. Still not sure if it was cheese. The tuna tower looked small at first but was definitely a bigger meal than anticipated. All in all the sushi and other food was good.

First visit to Sushi Mango. Nice lunch spot.
I enjoyed the Tuna Tower and the Mango Mochi. Really nice combination but I must mention that the salad I opted for with the Tuna Tower was wonderful! Well the dressing, it’s a secret recipe, according to my excellent server Michael.

I wanted to share a fantastic local spot called Sushi Mango, located right here in Highlands Ranch. Ray and his wife, Ann, have owned and operated it for over 13 years, and it’s truly a neighborhood gem. Ray is also the head chef, and they consistently offer great quality sushi and excellent service.

I highly recommend checking it out!

I’ve had the pleasure of visiting Sushi Mango twice in the past 3 years. Why only twice? My granddaughter and I try to make our rounds dining at various local restaurants. She still enjoys the food; which is great for a 13 year old to still want when she is 16. The dining experience, food presentation, and quality did not change. I would highly recommend dining here. The menu is moderately priced. Dining area is simple, yet personable. You forget it is located within a strip mall. Photos uploaded reflect 2019 followed by 2021. Unfortunately, I do not remember the names of all the dishes. No matter your selection, I doubt you will be disappointed.

Love this place for a quick bite! Very good selection of food. I like their miso soup since they added fresh mushrooms to it! The edamame was quite flavorful!

We only go here occasionally. But we are recognized each time which makes us feel welcomed.
It was cold and snowing a bit so the restaurant was empty but lit up.
We started off with the Crispy Tuna and Miso Soup. The West Coast Roll was fantastic. The Yellowtail was fresh like always.
The server was attentive without being overbearing. The fish was fresh and everything was seasoned to the same standards as we remembered.

This is 4.5 stars, with price considered. I’ve had better sushi with better atmospheres in Denver, but this was very good sushi, with speedy service, and you can get 2 rolls for $12 during lunch! I had the Philadelphia roll and spicy yellowtail roll. The rice on the philly roll was very fresh and soft, the spicy flavor on the yellowtail was great, the meat tasted fresh, and the iced tea was good. Make note that if you get the quail eggs they will be raw!
10/5/21: fantastic as always. Spicy Yellowtail and Philly rolls
11/8/21: Philly and spicy tuna rolls. That smoked Scottish salmon in that Philly roll really stood out today- very good.

Excellent food, absolutely no complaints. Great ambience too. I like it when I can walk out of a restaurant with a not so heavy stomach but can feel I have eaten a lot of good food. It’s not the kind of restaurant that I’ll visit once a year just to keep it special, but definitely one of those that I’ll visit pretty regularly because I can eat a lot of it.
