If Brandis is working the drive thru the service is amazing, she remembers your car, your name and your drink. Always cheerful and happy to see you. Employees like her make it ok to pay a little bit more. The rest of the staff need to learn from her and up their game.

I got an iced protein banana matcha and was appalled at the state of my drink. No ice, no banana, no foam, weird white chunks that stuck to my teeth like wax and tasted like nothing. Not sure if they dropped something into my drink. Only reason I am drinking this monstrosity is because it was $7. I would give this zero stars if I could. Do not recommend. Photo of the white chunks will be included.

I came inside to get a drink fixed that was actually wrong from another location. I was willing to pay for a new coffee but the employee that helped me didn’t think twice and immediately started making me a new drink, no questions asked. She was very friendly and I appreciated the quick response – even though my drink was from another location. The employees have always been so nice to me and today was another example of that. And my drink was made correctly this time, and delicious!

I stop at 3 Starbucks River falls is the only one who gets my drink wrong . I have stopped there 3 weeks in a row order a strawberry acia lemonade add black tea . I get pinkish brownish water . Red wing and Hudson have never had a problem with this drink so why does River falls . The people are great I just don’t understand why they keep getting my order wrong ?

Starbucks is NOT worth it for the price of their beverages. Rarely are they actually made correctly, and this is coming from a former Starbucks barista. This is what I received today, didn’t even take a drink before taking this photo. This coffee cost me like 8 bucks. Hard pass.

The worst cup of coffee I’ve ever had from a coffee shop. If there was a 0 star option I could pick that. The picture doesn’t do it justice. It’s basically a hot cup of brown water. I can literally see the bottom of the cup. They essentially use a Keurig machine to make coffee and I watched more water than coffee pour out. I guess they forgot how to brew coffee with all the sugar bombs they serve to people now. Will not be back.

Honestly, place is fine. But finding out that they won’t resuse a cup for refills was a joke. What place in today’s day and age wastes materials like that. Do they really think germs are going to be a problem now?

I have order from here multiple times using DoorDash, every time my food is cold because according to management instore customers are priority over doordash customers… A customer is a customer in my world… I have called an complained only to have management try to make it seem like my fault… way to be accountable Starbucks… this store staff sucks…

I spent this summer traveling the country and this is the wackest location I’ve been too. The music is trash and maybe they are trying to appeal to locals but they have successfully made Starbucks, a place that is normally cool, feel like the same crap places around town. Please keep Starbucks Starbucks. Do not bend Starbucks to the local culture in River Falls. They didn’t even bother to ask for my name for my drink so it’s just been sitting there on the counter with the mobile orders. First it’s playing country music. The next thing you know they’ll be rude to gays and people of color in here. maybe that’s why they couldn’t bother to ask my name-because I’m not local and I am not white? Cause they been asking the others…the staff seems particularly taken with one another as they got a lot of whispering and giggling they do with each other. Also no garbage cans outside.
