I like Westside pizza. I’ve been going to the PF location often and was excited to hear that a location in Rathdrum was opening up. It was honestly disappointing I was going to look past my missing toppings but I can’t get past that they weren’t even cooked through. I ordered 2 pizzas and BOTH of them were RAW and cold/luke warm. I am so impressed with Westside Pizza in Post Falls. They let me make a reservation for my son’s birthday party and bring in my own cake and presents free of charge. They supplied all of the utensils and plates for the birthday party and when we arrived had tables set up and reserved for us. They had a spot in the refrigerator for me to put my cake in. The pizza was great and the arcade games were awesome to keep the kids entertained. Michael, the owner was very friendly and checked on us multiple times to see if we needed anything. I highly recommend this place. Especially for a group like a birthday party that you need to reserve space for.

Im glad to have another option for pizza in town and this place is the best classic pizza in town. The staff is super friendly and the food is amazing! I was a little concerned about the few bad reviews, but my experience was nothing short of awesome! I recommend getting their bacon cheese bread with your order! Previously I would only eat papa John’s, but now Westside is my go to!

Eat there for the first time tonight had a death by Pizza on a thin crust. The people were very nice very respectful very clean on the inside. They texted me when the pizza is ready. I can’t say enough about the new Westside Pizza. It was great.

Michael was awesome! Wanted to try West side as it is new, but they realized after the fact that we were out of the delivery area. The first driver got lost to our house. However, Michael remade our pizzas and still delivered it to us even though we were not in their delivery area. Kudos to him for going the extra mile. On top of that, the pizza was excellent! A slumber party full of girls can attest to that.

Made me very SICK ( like food poisoning sick) and tasted terrible! Worst pizza I’ve ever had. I ordered a more expensive specialty pizza, and no way did they use fresh or quality ingredients! The bread sticks are a weird texture and tasted like they used margarine or cheap cooking oil on top. The ” marinara” tasted like old expired cheap tomato paste and so did the pizza ” sauce.” The texture of the ” sauce” was also strange.I’m shocked that anyone actually considers this a ” pizza” restaurant because it’s GROSS food! I highly recommend that your money is better spent elsewhere, …unless you enjoy running to the bathroom and stomach cramps, then this is the place for you.* I’d be curious to see if they are using expired or poorly stored ingredients

Ordered my pizza and bread sticks on the way home from work. Very professional service on the phone. It would be there in 30-40 minutes. I live less than 2 miles away.
We waited about 40 minutes and then i looked at the tracking text they sent me.
My delivery driver was 13 miles away in Couer d Alene and we live in Rathdrum (2 miles) from the store.
I phoned the store and they already knew, something was wrong as the driver was looking for my house, 13 miles away !!
So the manager said he was getting it sorted out and get the driver headed the right way.
10 minutes later the manager called me and told me……
My order had gotten cold so he was making a NEW order so it would be hot n yummy.
AND he was refunding me for my order.
My new order was on its way !!
The door bell rings, and the driver turns out to be the owner of the store and is very apologetic and accommodating. We laughed and talked about the situation, i thanked him very much for the hot order and the refund. Also tried to TIP him and he refused it.
I never got upset or a bad feeling about this transaction. ALL employees were extremely polite and respectful.
The pizza was perfect !! Bread sticks were delicious.
We will definitely continue supporting this pizza shop and highly recommend the food.
So glad we have a new pizza place in town, close by.
Turns out the tracking delivery thing they use needs some tweaking and adjustments, they will be working on the issue so everyone can expect their order in a timely manner.
