I typically enjoy Friehouse but this location could use some work. They are in close proximity to my job but anytime I order a sub from here, I almost always have a long wait time unless I order from the app. I will say I’m always shocked at how dirty the soda machine is. There’s no way they are properly/regularly cleaning it. Anyone can look at it and tell the debris and spills is not from a days use. If this is what I have been able to observe in the lobby, I can only imagine how the back looks.

I am absolutely infuriated. Every single time I decide to tip upfront my food is always horrible, it never fails. I went in 1st half of 4pm hour on 12/07. 2 guys working, glasses took my order and the other one made my sandwich. It took a significant time to make it and he said “enjoy ur meal”, with what I consider a smug on his face. On my way home, I kept thinking abt his comment & facial expression & felt something would be wrong with my food. I get home, and ITS THE MOST SLOPPY ASSEMBLY OF A SANDWICH WITH RED SEASONING COVERING THE TOP OF THE CHICKEN COMPLETELY, BUT NONE ON THE BOTTOM, CHEESE IS INCONSISTENT THROUGHOUT, BARELY ANY ONIONS BUT LOADED WITH JALAPEÑOS & THAT SAUCE! TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE, ITS COLD!! IMMEDIATE TRASH! INFURIATING!

I’ve been coming to this same FH for 6 years. No more.

This is the 4th time where I’ve been in person & delivery where guess what, no pickle.

That might sound incredibly bougie, but the last 3x I’ve been in person…the guys (all-male staff, which I have nothing against, simply wanted to clarify) were obnoxiously making fun of the the customers & it took 24 min to receive my cold order…sans pickle…so…

The Engineer on wheat is my usual favorite, just had the new Smokin’ BBQ Triple Stack on white is even better. Elisha and Andrian are super cool & chill. Pet friendly with outdoor seating. Join the Firehouse Rewards and get lots of free stuff (Medium Birthday Sub) and enticing offers to keep it real. Sauce Bar is 2nd to none, especially like the Fat Cat Peach Maple Bourbon, pleasantly sweet with a KICK!!

Just ordered twice. A salad with no cheese. After the first arrived with cheese, I ordered again and called to ask for no cheese. They said no problem and you know what happened next. Cheese again. Called the manager. No apology, no refund offer. Just, “oh yeah when they’re busy they don’t pay attention to the notes”.

My veggie sandwich at this location is always prepared perfectly. I wish I knew the name of the manager because she ROCKS. I always know it is going to be yummy when she makes it. As a vegetarian, I have tried many veggie sandwiches and this one by far is at the top of my list. It is jam packed with lots of flavors and options. My go-to place and location when I always want a quick meal that I know will hit the spot !!!

Was the only person in line. It took 10 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge that I was there. Took my order, then took 17 more minutes to get my food. Had to run back to work and opened the container when I got back to find that they gave me someone else’s food after I waited half an hour and spent $16 on a sandwich. I took it back and went to the counter and said I’m not sure what this is but it’s not what I ordered, and I need someone to get it going because I’m already late back to work. When I said that, this young boy stopped what he was doing and just stared at me like I’m the idiot here. No-you are. So I asked if he was going to stare at me or make the sandwich, which even a 5 year old can do, and he said to me-what, you want something? And I said, yes-the sandwich I paid for and waited half an hour for and had to drive back to get what I ordered, and he came out from behind the counter and took his shirt off and was threatening to fight me. Unbelievable. Worst sandwich joint on the planet.

Let’s just say my steamer wasn’t steaming. It was luke warm at best. When I walked in the door I didn’t hear the usual “welcome to firehouse!” I got a glance as I came in. I stood at the counter and waited for them to finish doing what they were doing, ordered my food to go and ate in the car because the vibes were off. I get that it’s a rainy day but it’s kinda your job to make sure my food is actually hot when I order a hot sandwich. The overall taste of my food was good but I wish it was hot like it was supposed to be and friendly service like I’m use to getting going into any other firehouse.

Dinning in – while trying to eat in restaurant, we had to endure the staff members yelling at one another, horse play and overall extremely rowdy conduct. Very unpleasant and unprofessional behavior.
