Avoid this place in bad area no one was in the dining area . Also the guy who gave me my ordered refused lose his mask . Pandemic is over time go back normal. Go to the location by Jackson crossing which is better.

They now use door dash to deliver pizza which takes way longer to get your order than when they did delivery themselves. My estimated delivery time kept changing for over an hour after ordering and I still haven’t received it when I only live 6 minutes away from the actual location. Domino’s seems to be way faster

Super nice!!! Couldn’t ask for better service. Originally order dominos, they said the pizza was delivered but never got it. After sitting on hold for an hour found out it went to the wrong address.
Ordered Pizza Hut. Food arrived sooner than expected so they sat it on the step. Rang my door bell to let me know. THEN they even called me. All my pizza orders will be these guys. Amazing!!!

Pizzas aren’t being cooked enough or the dough is frozen when placed in the oven.
Called and got them to remake it and supposedly it was cooked longer. Unfortunately it was still doughy. I couldn’t even swallow it.

I ordered 2 pizzas and was quoted 30-45 minutes for delivery. After 2 hours I decided I no longer wanted my order as my kids fell asleep waiting. I have had issues with service before but never this horrible. Will not recommend using Pizza Hut if you desire quality service and timely delivery.

This is the worst Pizza Hut I ever been to. I order my pizza by phone at 9:17pm to the answering service which is a call center for this company which the receipt print as ordered pull up at 9:32 so I don’t understand how Im waiting in there drive thru for thirty mins and still no pizza it’s 10:08 and I was told my pizza would be ready in fifteen minutes and as I sat and sat I realized I was Lied to cause still no pizza 10:11 and they act like they never heard me knock or hunk my horn

I specifically asked for no green peppers on my pizza.. What’d i get? You guessed it.. Green peppers!! Aside from me being unable to enjoy my pizza warm since i had to pick all the peppers off, my friends enjoyed the pizza they got… Only reason I’m giving two stars. Pay attention people!! If someone asks for something *NOT* to be on their food, you should treat it as though they’re allergic… Because you never know who could be!

Placed a pick up order, I arrived on time to pick up, 15 minutes. Paid for my order in drive thru, she handed me my pop and said she was going to check on my food, a hut box and a brownie. She returned and said it would be about 5 minutes. I say there for almost 20 minutes! She came back and said it took a little longer than I thought, I said hmmm you guys forgot to prepare the order. I saw them take the pizza out of the oven! They never cooked my food until I was there!
