Service wasn’t great. I placed an order from the parking lot online for a smoothie through the app at 8am for $7.59 then walked in the building. I saw an advertisement on the front door that smoothies were $4.99 from 7am-9am. I asked them if they can cancel my order that they did not make yet and I can repurchase my smoothie for $4.99. The young girl did not smile at me and told me no…. It diminished my experience here. I will not return. I didn’t even want the smoothie after that. I’m black by the way and I offen feel discriminated against because of my race…. I just wonder if this was the case. I would like my $2.60. It’s the principals.

Really great smoothies and food! A little overpriced, but they are not alone in that inflationary trap. The smoothies are 24 oz., so that does help on the cost, but it’s still $7-8 for a smoothie. Appears to be a franchise that is family-owned and operated. Easy in and out, with plenty of parking. Order was made and received quickly. Friendly employees; some sketchy customers. I’m sure they are crazy busy in summer. I got the Mango Monster-it was excellent!

So happy to have this new spot in Colerain. Its located next door to Pot Belly Sandwiches in the Northgate Mall parking lot. Easy, free parking. Staff feels like a private ownership family which is lovley. Service has been fast and smooth. They make healthy smoothies and shakes as well as wraps, quesadillas and sandwiches. Reccomend the Thai chicken wrap. I would like it if they offered more smoothie size options. The price is not bad but I’d love a half or small portion to cut the calories down. Great place though, worth supporting.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at this smoothie place in Fairfield, Cincinnati! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and friendly welcome that made me feel right at home. The customer service was truly extraordinary—attentive, kind, and genuinely caring. Pinaben whom I met there went above and beyond, also she packed some extra fruits and salad for my son who had break in his soccer game.

As a Canadian visiting the area, I was overwhelmed by the hospitality and positive vibes. As soon as they knew that I am visiting from Canada, they did not charge me at all. We get smoothies from Tropical Smoothie Cafe almost every day. We think that they are amazing, better than anyplace else that we’ve ever had smoothies in the past. They have a vegetarian protein option now, so you can make most of the sandwiches meatless. We were so excited when one opened so close to us. The staff is always so polite, sweet, and friendly. We love going there!!!

Despite a little hiccup where they didn’t receive our online order, the staff went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of. They were incredibly accommodating when I showed them the charge on my credit card, quickly rectifying the situation and preparing our order promptly.
But what really touched our hearts was when my daughter mentioned it was her birthday. Without hesitation, they surprised her with a small smoothie, on the house! The smile on her face was priceless, and it made our visit even more memorable.
Not only is the customer service exceptional, but the location is also super convenient. Having such a delightful cafe nearby is truly a blessing. We’ll definitely be returning customers and highly recommend this Tropical Smoothie Cafe to anyone looking for delicious meals, smoothies and exceptional service. Food is not that great but the biggest issue I just had was I got a coupon from TMobile Tuesday for a free smoothie and the workers couldn’t figure out how to help me use it online. So they told me I couldn’t use the coupon. I spend way too much money here for mediocre smoothies. I won’t be back.
