Great family experience, remarkable quality and service for our special occasion.❤️
The food has a nice attention to aesthetics. Overall, it was quite tasty.
One caveat is that the crispy rice roll had rice that was quite glutinous and hard to chew. Normally, crispy rice rolls should be crunchy but now hard/chewy.
Our servers were very nice.
Overall, it’s clean and colorful, with good lighting inside.
There are TVs, which is one of my least favorite things in a a restaurant, but they aren’t obtrusive.
Bathrooms were clean.
We’d eat here again!
Service was really nice but a little stretched thin it felt
Only weird thing was not being able to choose your side. Some people just want fries with their steak lol!
Definitely will be back for the food quality tho. Nice clean place. Hope it does well
Wait staff was good but the hostess was sadly very underdressed and not professional looking for a high end restaurant. She could have been more friendly too.
The Variety in curated drinks is completely gone and the variety in meals is gone. This was a stellar part of the original Slate. We found out they have a new chef – is it under new ownership or something?
This used to be a place you could go and get a meal you’d see On the food network with crafted and well done side dishes with quality star entrees. I had the ny strip with mashed potatoes and green beans. Nothing was wrong but it was really OK. NOT what I would expect for a $48 plate.
We were there celebrating an anniversary which we noted on reservation. No one acknowledged this.
Overall this place has gone way downhill from what it was. Midweek no one was on the patio for happy hours. Shocking, never used to be.
I’m not sure we will be back. Will take our $160 likely elsewhere. I hope it makes a comeback
I had the sliders, sushi, and frys. The frys were crazy good. The sliders were like what mama used to make but better. The sushi was good. I will come back for sure.
