Bit disappointed with our experience here. Planned on picking up lunch to eat at a local park on a nice Saturday. Was almost deserted at noon when we arrived; only three staff, and when we approached the counter we were told they were only doing online orders that day. No signs, either outside at the door or at the counter, gave warning of that, but whatever. We sat down at one of the tables, placed our order online, and waited. Food was ready about when the app said it would be (15-20 minutes). When we later sat down to eat, though, we discovered they had included no napkins or silverware, even though our receipt on the bag explicitly called for them. We can sympathize with being understaffed, but you need to be up front about it. Just scratch paper and a sharpy would have saved the staff customers a lot of confusion and frustration.

The food itself was good, thankfully. Ordered a burrito (brisket, white rice, black beans, cheese, sour cream, fajita veggies, red tomatillo salsa) and a bowl (steak, brown rice, black beans, corn salsa). Both were accurate, plenty to eat, and up to Chipotle standards. The guacamole remains highway robbery, of course, but at least they didn’t skimp on it.

Not friendly or welcoming at all. Didn’t speak like the other locations I’ve visited. I will not be visiting this location again. It seemed as if they didn’t want to work today. Didn’t get a receipt from associate. Didn’t ask if I need chips or drink. Customer service and friendliness just wasn’t there.

MARCUS!!! greatest chipotle ordering experience to date, for me and my fiancé. from start to finish, Marcus was very personable, very polite, and very understanding. this was completed in about 60 seconds, since we you walk left to right and then leave. he only had 60 seconds with us and we were blown away. come to find out, it’s this young man’s first day!!! for anyone who eats here regularly, i can only hope you bump into him!

Locked and closed the door because they had a “large catering order”. Turned away seven customers. Stayed closed for 40+ minutes which has to be against corporate guidelines.

Just got my lunch from this location for the first time. Food looks great but the girl who was preparing my food was so rude. She was especially rude to the girl who took my payment. I am not sure if she was new or what but she was definitely spoken to with no respect and for no reason at all. I felt bad for her.

We went in and wanted a black bean quesadilla. The staff refused to sell us one saying the manager only allowed meat to be in a quesadilla. They suggested we go to Moes.
They were polite but firm in refusing us service.

I’ve eaten here often but really wanted to shine a light on an exceptional employee that made my experience this evening one that will always make me come back to this location. Ramon is such a hard worker and his passion for exceptional customer service shows. I came in with my crew of several children and he greeted me with a smile, ready to get my orders started, not even batting an eye at the daunting amount of food I was about to ask him to prepare. He was very kind to my young children, asking them about their orders with patience. When I asked for queso and the container was empty on the main line, he went to the secondary line to get it for me instead of telling me it was out like I’ve experienced at other locations. Even throughout our meal, he anticipated our needs of extra waters and to-go containers. I would give Ramon 10 stars for his customer service if I could. The food was delicious, the quac was fantastic and I will most definitely be back. The other staff also seemed to be working very hard to keep everything running smoothly. Chipotle really is an incredible value for the food that you get. It’s not everywhere that I can feed 3 kids and 3 adults fresh, gluten free dinner for $55. You know what else I appreciate? Not being guilted into tipping on my order with the typical tipping prompts during the payment process seen at every other food establishment. Thank you for taking that stress off of my plate.

Had a sign on the door that said they opened at 11:30, which is when I arrived. Sat outside the door waiting while the staff looked at me. At 11:42 someone came out to tell me they were not ready to open and suggested I go to another location. Said the GM hadn’t showed up yet. Customer service needs a lot of work.

I go here all the time but not sure why. Probably my last visit for a while. Tired of the light handed bowls from here. If I can see every corner of the bowl then that’s a problem. If I’m still hungry after paying $7 for a bowl then that’s a problem. Staff is generally rude when they weren’t digital only (due to corona). Like other reviews have stated I’ve been overcharged by the guy at the register for items not even ordered. I used to get one taco each day but would get charged for two, or get two and get charged for 3. Just stupid little stuff like that. Support Local. Eat local, not places like this.
