For the most part the atmosphere in this restaurant is okay. It is inside the YMCA and many people come and go. Today I ordered a sandwich that I normally order. Instead of getting what I ordered the bread was wrong it was ice cold. Upon taking it to the register and requesting for them to remake it in a calm manner, the woman became upset and said I was wrong even though I was clearly reading from the app. She then took out Italian herbs and cheese bread and transferred everything from the other sandwich to the other bread.Then stuck it in the toaster, lettuce ,mayo, mustard and all. So, I was given the sandwich with a nasty wilted mess. Usually service and food are good, but today was far from it.

Normally I don’t write negative reviews. Kind of just roll my eyes at the annoying situation and move on. But I can’t seem to shake this one off. I am at this location once a week at minimum because my daughter does sports with the YMCA. I love the convenience of having the Subway there especially for late nights when I don’t want to go home and cook dinner. That’s it. There is one young girl there that is BEYOND sweet. But the manager or maybe owner? Older short man with glasses has to be one of the rudest human beings I have ever seen work in a food place. He gave me the dirtiest look every single time i added to my order MIND YOU…I spent $40 there because it was me and 3 other mouths to feed. I really feel like if you’re that mad and miserable when you’re specifically working with families that come in there, you really need to consider doing something else. It 100% has turned me off to ever supporting this location again.

Poor customer service. Went in with a Subway coupon and got 2 footlongs, upon checking out the man refused to use the coupon. However, he was willing to take ANY of my other coupons just not the the particular one I was using. NEVER VISITING AGAIN! Go to Jimmy Johns instead.

This place said they would only take my coupon one time and never again. The vegetables looked really old and didn’t taste fresh. When ordering my toppings they hardly put any on my sandwich maybe they wouldn’t have old veggies if they actually gave you Some on your sandwich. Refills cost .75 cents wow!!! And they only had a few breads to choose from. Worst subway experience ever. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

This place is terrible. We have gone a handful of times but we will never waste another dime again. A small coke is $2.15. My elderly grandma went to get a refill and I was screamed at by the guy running the place saying it’s .75 cents per refill but with tax it was then .90 cents. Whenever you order a sandwich they hardly put anything on there. They are very RUDE and cheap! I don’t appreciate you yelling at my grandma. We won’t ever spend money here again. He didn’t apologize or say anything to me.

Horrible service! They speak to each other in a language we don’t understand while making sandwiches which is incredibly rude! They seem bothered with you ordering food. The guy was lazy to get another lite mayo bottle and continued to give me regular mayo and lied and said it was the same. And 1 napkin? ARE YOU THAT CHEAP! As messy as they make stuff. Why in the world the ymca allow them to still be a part of their establishment? It’s like a slap in the face after a great workout!
