Food truck service was less than ideal. Ordered directly behind a colleague who got his food a full 10 min before me. Then a guy who arrived 10 min AFTER me, got served immediately after I got my food. Not cool.
For a simple chicken teriyaki over rice, this should have taken FAR less time, especially when proper food prep is followed.
Not worth the wait…typical chicken teriyaki also (at least my experience) comes with carrots and broccoli. Not worth $15.

This is a new food truck in the Sandlandia food truck court, where the Indian food truck used to be. Tried it for the first time today and got the Tonkotsu Ramen with chashu pork (pork belly). It was delicious and the portion was generous. I will be back.

Very underrated ramen spot a hidden gem! Ordered the spicy tonkatsu ramen. The broth was super flavorful, the pork was super tender melt in your mouth savory! For $14 you get a bowl of ramen filled with all the ingredients without paying extra. A great hearty meal to warm you up on a cold day, perfect for after a day of snowboarding on the mountains.

I love their ramen! It’s a must! If they are in sandy stop by and get tonkotsu! I don’t know their sandy schedule but they were there on Monday. It’s now my go to.

Sandy resident here. I used to have to go to the city to get decent ramen, this place is great. If you order something with “hot” in the title- reiterate your spicy preference. They make a great spicy ramen but do serve it more mild unless requested in my experience. That said, fresh and delicious.

I had a craving for ramen yesterday, so I checked Google to see if Ginza was open. Open until 7pm, perfect – it was 5:40. Just to be sure, checked their website. Open until 7pm. Perfect. It was a nice fall day, so walked 0.6 miles to get ramen… and they were closed. The hours on the cart said until 7… but no other signs saying closing early, etc… So I got nachos at the taco truck instead.
They have good ramen here, but would be great if website or Google maps or something was more accurate on when they were/were not open….

Got the ramen Doordashed. Ramen is pretty good for a sandy location, considering I’ve been all over Portland. The downsides was that the noodle-to-broth ratio was not compatible. There were more noodles than broth, unfortunately. I had also added an extra soft-boiled egg for $1 and it was only half an egg I received :/ but what can I say, inflation. Anyway, the ramen was still very delicious 🙂

Best Ramen up here. Forget Koya kitchen their ramen is nothing compared to this. The most tender chashu and big servings. Zero complaints and have ordered a half dozen bowls here. Punch card if you want it.
