I spent 20 dollars for a sandwich that didn’t have hardly any food in it, a banana for a side that was basically rotten, and for a smoothie that didn’t have a straw that should have come with it, and to top it off, just called and didn’t get any apologies for the inconvenience nor was able to get a refund for anything. No solutions whatsoever so I will not be coming back nor ordering anything else from this location either, what a joke……

Ordered an item online got there and they told me that they weren’t taking online orders despite me already having paid for them, manager nowhere in sight.
Asked to speak with the manager, she said the manager wasn’t in,
I come here all the time I get the same pair and save combo.
The teenagers at the counter told me that they don’t do that there.
Despite me reassuring I get it all the time.
So even though having paid for this online order that wasn’t ready,
They said that they wouldn’t make it cause they
“don’t give out free food” which is not my agenda in any capacity because I had already paid for the food.
Instead of just saying, yeah, “we’ll make that now for you”
The disrespectful little punks just keep feeding me excuses to not do their job.
I used to come here all the time, but after this, this is ridiculous.
Still have not gotten my refund for the online order yet too, so I paid for literally nothing.

Missing part of my order. Ordered through the app. They don’t respond when you report it through the app. It’s happened a few times now. Most likely will stop buying from tropical smoothy. Unreliable company

I went at lunch time so there were quite a few people there. The staff were working hard but still took a while to get served. This was my first visit so I was not sure of the process. You pick up your to go order in the food delivery cubbies.

Very disappointing
We stop at this location every once and a while and have noticed the service and atmosphere fading.
Pros for this location-service is fast and the smoothies are good. The woman who made our smoothie and the gentleman who made our food were nice.
Cons-the person taking our order didn’t seem to care that we were there. As we were waiting for our order I noticed a bucket with a dirty rag hanging out of it and under the sink counter and the area under the counter didn’t seem clean.
Once home, the kale apple salad seemed like it was made a few days ago. The chicken caprese sandwich had goop around the edges so it appears the grill or sandwich maker hasn’t been cleaned in a while. Tried a few bites but couldn’t finish.
It’s unfortunate because we love Tropical Smoothie, however, we are unlikely to return to this location.

Nice place to grab a smoothie. the food tastes pretty good. This is a fairly busy location and the staff seems a little irritable at times. We were in pretty quick with our orders. Lots of variety in their smoothie flavors and mixed and also sandwiches, I had a chicken Caesar wrap and it was pretty good.

I’m not sure what happened to this location but their food and smoothies used to be amazing here! They must have gotten new management because they don’t have good customer service anymore! My smoothie was okay but my sandwich bread was molded plus the ladies working there seemed to have an attitude and not enjoy working. I say if you don’t like your job, find somewhere else to work and don’t take your attitude out on the customers just because you don’t like your job. Will not be returning!

Nice place to stop in and grab a smoothie. I guess I like to pretend they are at least a little healthy. I know not at all, but I can pretend. This is a fairly busy location but it seems like it is well staffed. We were in pretty quickly with our orders.
