Very friendly, helpful staff. Good pizza, especially when they made a couple “custom” pizzas and served a few slices to us straight out of the oven. Desserts were good except one which was absolutely delicious…not even sure what all was on / in it just an icing drizzle, some sort of Bavarian-ish cream, and…fruit? Plenty of patrons and most seemed to know each other and were having a good time (we were in from out of town…but still had a great time). I’d read some negative reviews but our experience was only positive!

We have order few pizzas through DoorDash on February 9th at 7:57, Order number was #10486869, We have clearly instructed that don’t put any kind of meat in our food because we don’t eat meat as a culture and religious practice, Even the DoorDash driver cleared that with Pizza inn staff about the food preferences, They have handed food over to Dasher and we have delivered, First of all the entire order was too cold, When we started eating eat, Found pepperoni on a vegetarian pizza. We have tried to contact Pizza inn restaurant called them 6-7 times and they didn’t respond any phone calls, Now we documented everything and Prepared for a Law Suit against them .

The pepperoni max with pan crust was sooooooo good. I would HIGHLY suggest it. The side salad was good. Ken’s dressing is pretty meh but ok! We also got a thin crust with pepperoni, sausage, and mushrooms that one wasn’t that great. The crust was really light on the bottom and the mushrooms tasted canned. I would def order it well done next time and skip the mushrooms. Over all pretty good! service was great!

I called in an order today and went to store to pick up. Got there, no one could find my order. So I asked for them to just make pizza while I waited. I specifically asked for no olives or black olives. NO OLIVES of ANY type, said it several times. Paid for my pizza. Waited 20 minutes, went back inside, they could NOT find my pizza order AGAIN. Got my receipt, took it back inside, and got pizza.
Opened the box….COVERED WITH OLIVES!
Manager was RUDE AS HELL. I said just refund my money back to my debit card. He said he did, BUT said their register doesn’t give receipts on refund. They also kept my receipt where I paid.
Nothing showing either way on my bank app, so how can I be sure I was refunded???
Asked the rude manager his name and he said “none of your business”.
WILL NOT BE BACK!

The dessert pizzas are amazing! The pepperoni pizza has zero flavor. Hunt brothers gas station pizza is better. I grew up coming here and it’s just not the same anymore. We go years between visits now. There wasn’t much to choose from on the bar bc it was mostly empty but you can request certain pizzas be put out (I normally order the cheeseburger pizza) they will bring you a plate FULL of it before they put the rest on the bar. The staff has always been very polite and makes sure we have everything we need. We still miss how pizza Inn was years ago though.

I placed an online order for a nyxl pizza and got a call saying it was no longer available, so I said a large pepperoni would be fine. When I went to pick the order up, they fixed a cheese pizza. I told them that was not right. It was supposed to be a pepperoni. I was fine waiting on the pepperoni mistakes happen I understand that. What I won’t deal with is how rude and such an attitude the cashier got after they had to change the pizza. And the young lady who gave me the pizza when it got done was just as rude!!!! Honestly, I didn’t make the mistake you guys did and why you had an attitude with me I do not understand. I did not have an attitude with you for messing my order up, I was very polite. We will NOT be back!!!
