I have been coming here for years to get their sandwiches. They are always great. Sometimes you will get a new trainee but they are learning so I cut them some slack. I have bought sandwiches from Jersey Mike’s all over the state but this location with Dave the Manager is the best. Dave is a super great guy. He will do his best to accommodate the customer. There are stores closer to my house but I will drive a little bit further to support Dave at this location. Keep up the good work Dave.

The food is really bland. They gave me mustard in packets. The fountain drinks were watered down and some didn’t have any syrup at all(cherry Pepsi specifically). $11.29 for a 6″ sub is just too much here.

Since when are they not allowed to toast the bread, I go to Jersey Mike’s almost daily & have been for years which they never have a problem toasting my bread. Just called the restaurant & the person on the phone says they don’t do it. Not saying the customer is always right but really don’t agree with the dismissive nature of the employee. Won’t be going here any longer

As a person from New Jersey, I have a high standard for subs. While I have never been to Jersey Mike’s when I was in New Jersey, I thought this place is like other sub sandwich places and not so good, I was so wrong. Their subs are great!!! I even go to Jersey Mike’s when I’m in New Jersey. Now Jersey Mike’s is our go to place when I need a sub fix!!! AND I drive 6.4 miles to pick one up and it is totally worth the drive.
I am so happy to find this sub place.

I love the sandwiches, but the service lately leaves a lot to be desired.

I placed an order for ASAP pickup using the website on a Sunday, and the confirmation email I got said it would be ready at 5:26 pm. My husband went to pick up the order and arrived around 5:30. It took until 6:09 PM for the sandwiches to be ready, which is 43 minutes late. The staff at the store were essentially only making sandwiches for customers who walked in and placed an order in person. My husband checked in with the workers to ask when they are going to make the online orders, but didn’t really get an answer. There were apparently some other people who had also been waiting quite a while for online orders.

This location used to be pretty prompt but it has definitely gotten a lot worse. I did see some folks complaining on Google Maps reviews several months ago about the opposite problem (that staff were only making online orders and not helping in-person orders.) I’m sure it is tricky to balance the two, but this is pretty ridiculous. I would have just cancelled the order, but didn’t see a way to do that online, and my husband asked an employee in the store who didn’t know if that was possible.

The subway like sandwich is good and fresh made under your eyes by skillet employees, very similar to the Subway chain franchise, nothing new, nothing special, but the prices are higher.

The meat and cheese slices are very thin though and little in quantity compared to the bread ratio and me as a meat lover I don’t fully appreciate it…

I probably won’t be returning anytime soon, to me they sell overpriced Subway like sandwiches, nothing new under the Sun…

Portions have got much smaller. Prices have shot up, bread is stale now, and portions are smaller than Ive had in the past. Not sure what happens, similar issue to their neighbor, chipotle. Now days a sub meal that cost 10 dollar a few years ago now is pushing 20 dollars.

This was my first time at Jersey Mike’s and man it was one delicious sandwich and I got the giant size one which was huge and easily lasted me for a few days. The staff was friendly and professional and they had my sub done in no time. The store was clean but not too much room inside I think they may have some seats outside too but I am not sure. Parking is free there is no drive thru. I highly recommend this place and will be back for more.

I get their #2 and I don’t modify their recipe. I feel like it’s a small step up from Subway. The flavor is better and it’s moist and delicious.
