Pizza Hut is so nostalgic to me. Pizza Hut is where we’d go every Friday after my parents worked for the week, and this was our, family night, so 80’s. So I drive from Goshen to this particular Pizza Hut. Look at the quality, the toppings, and the hefty toppings. The staff are so friendly, pizza ready on time, I love everything about the staff. My pizza is piping hot, they give you your money’s worth. Clean inside. The outside can be better, like the water dripping by the door overhead and it turns to ice, and is a hazard for a slip and fall. So hopefully they see this. No complaints

If u want to dine in Go to Warsaw or Syracuse way better than the one here tiny cup of nacho cheese for a $1.30 was crazy when you dine in you cannot have parmesan cheese you have to pay for the atmosphere is not good here seats are way uncomfortable needs a major upgrade

We have never had the tavern pizza before so we were excited to try it. Everyone I have talk to about the tavern pizza says it is amazing I am a complete foodie who loves to try new things this was a disaster very little toppings very little sauce and part of it I question if it had any. Very disappointed. love pizza hut but the $70 we spent should have been so much better.

Horrible service. Ordered delivery and pizza toppings were incorrect and all sauces were missing. Waited another 30 minutes for them to send out a replacement pizza and sauces only for them to send the wrong sauces. Called in and spoke to the manager for a second time, who told me “well, we can send some more out in a while.” I declined and asked for a refund for the missing items, only to have her tell me “oh, well I can’t do that, you’ll have to call back another time when a store manager is here.” This place is an absolute disaster run by incompetent management and apathetic staff, and should be shut down.

I was in town for the summer and had the occasion to order from this location for delivery a total of four times. Each of those times we ordered two Supreme pizzas. I really did not have high expectations, but all four times the food arrived quickly, and more importantly it arrived hot. The drivers were all very courteous and friendly, especially the older gentleman who wished my mom a happy 80th birthday.

Tried to order online. The website would not take my payment. So I called the number, which was a call center. She could not understand me and what I was ordering, 4 pizzas. So she said I had to call the store, she transfered me, the store said I had to order online. I told her it would not work and the lady could not figure it out. She kept saying I had to order online, I said I tried. She said she could not take my order. I said so I cannot order from your store and she said no. I said fine, I’ll call volcanos. I hung up and ordered volcano. Will never order from co cord mall pizza hut!!

Walked out of Concord Pizza Hut..while we waited to be seated the lady making pizzas was not wearing gloves. Had her bare hands in all the food items to make someone’s pizza, put it in the oven, opened the cooler door grabbed garlic bread out and put in a pan, wiped her hands on her pants. That was it for me. No thanks! I’ll go elsewhere.
