I have never had an issue before but Thursday Feb 12 2026 the lady working opened at 11:00AM 2 hours after said time and she left out tomatoes now i know its just tomatoes but still and they didn’t check if it was my order so if you can read then they will think its yours once again i have never had an issue before so its a good place. (for the photos the sandwich was made upside down and it was a mobile order)

This place is absolutely horrible!!!!!! I cannot think of any positive thing to say. I got a turkey breast with bacon he was going to put raw bacon on my sandwich and not cook it. They were out of lettuce! How is a sandwich place out of lettuce??!!!? they didn’t tell me before I ordered and there was no signs posted saying they were out of lettuce ,my bread was stale. I ended up throwing the sandwich away! It also tasted like onion because I think the guy making my sandwich must have been dealing with onions prior to making my sandwich and didn’t change his gloves!

I’m usually disappointed with the Subways in this area but I’ve been going to this location on Bothell Way for the last 2 weeks and have been satisfied each time! I come here between 10am-11am on the weekdays and there’s a woman there (she’s usually the only one) and she’s just so friendly, quick, and efficient. I place my order through the app and she has it ready for me right on time. The quality of the sandwiches have been awesome. She deserves a raise!

I recently treated myself to a tuna sandwich at Subway, a decision I can only describe as boldly optimistic. Imagine my astonishment when I opened the bread to find a whisper of tuna – a thin, elusive smear barely 1/5 of an inch thick. That’s right, folks. Not a slab, not a scoop, but a translucent suggestion of tuna, as if someone had thought about tuna very hard while assembling my sandwich.
I now understand the true meaning of minimalism. Subway didn’t just give me a sandwich – they gave me a lesson in restraint. It takes real skill to spread protein with the precision of a forensic dusting. At one point, I considered taking a magnifying glass to confirm it was even there.
Flavor-wise, it was… well, air has a flavor too, I suppose. The bread was fine, the lettuce crisp – but the tuna? A memory. A rumor. The ghost of a fish long gone.
Subway, thank you for your commitment to portion control. I didn’t know a tuna sandwich could be both a meal and a riddle.

I placed an order on a Friday night at 8:50 p.m., but according to business hours, they close at 9:30 p.m. I went in five minutes earlier than when it said online that my order would be ready. When I got there, the door was closed, and the employee refused to help me because they were closed. Although it said online that I had received my food and everything, I hadn’t, and Subway has terrible customer service when it comes to refunds. When I asked for a refund, she told me that it was all done online. Poor customer service: I won’t ever make another purchase from Subway.

We have come here multiple times due to its convenient location if you are going to a football game. On every occasion when we pre-order food to have it ready for pickup they do not even START making it until after we have shown up. The quality of the food is what you would expect at a Subway, but the service is awful.

It’s kind of a bummer ordering a sandwich and then finding out the store doesn’t take ANY coupons which is very odd when Subway is running a promotion.
I will no longer be going to this subway until they accept coupons.
Don’t get me wrong, the service was great. The unfortunate news on no coupons wasn’t the worker’s fault. Assuming whoever owns the store either by franchise or etc needs to accept coupons.
DONT COME HERE IF YOU PLAN TO USE COUPONS.

Ordered online, arrived in person, my order was cancelled for some reason. I reordered on the app, order got cancelled again after waiting 10 mins, coincidentally after the worker went on her station, the worker cancelled the order right in front of me then claimed it was a system error. Get it together, terrible service!
