Every Tuesday I come here to get donuts for my kids they are out of pretty much everything. Also when I get food majority of the time it’s not hot at all. I’ve tried many times because I understand everyone has bad days but I’m tired of disappointing my kids and leaving frustrated.

Ordered an everything bagel that was lucky to have a teaspoon of cream cheese on it. On 1/4 of the bagel was a small blotch of cream cheese. The worker was too lazy to spread that little teaspoon around. I asked for it to be toasted twice. It was not even toasted once. The bagel was not put on the grill like they said they were going to do because their toaster was broken. Bagel tastes like peanut butter. The timbits were so hard. I don’t know if they were from yesterday or what but they were not very fresh. This Tim Hortons is the worst in the area or I should say the state. Always has been always ready. I usually go to State Street and take the time out of my day going out of the way to get my food because of this place being like this, and I can see, they have not changed whatsoever over the past few years. Honestly, this one should be investigated and shut down because I believe they did some illegal stuff years ago. Oh also if you scroll through the reviews, you’ll notice that they have negative negative negative, then two positives then negative negative negative like they’re trying to compensate for all the negatives because of what a crappy job they do

the food was alright but the manager there is a creep, he started talking about his “salty chocolate balls” and the only people he was working with seemed very young and uncomfortable around him. everyone else besides him is great and very kind though
