We recently visited under the new ownership, and I just want to say what an amazing job the new owner is doing! You can truly see the care and effort being put into both the food and the overall experience.
The pizza was fresh, flavorful, and made perfectly. The ingredients tasted high quality, and everything came out hot and delicious. On top of that, the staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming. It’s clear that there’s a positive atmosphere and strong leadership behind the scenes.
It’s so nice to see a local spot thriving and improving. Keep up the great work — we’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to others!

Came in with a friend to have dinner.. George and his wife just took over it not too long ago. Pizza was amazing and service with a smile. Pizza was made with love, and u could tell.. I got a small pizza that was just right. Me and my friend got our own pizza fresh out of the oven. Ladys in there, cooking it up, making the place smell great. We came to our neighborhood Pizza Factory for a small birthday celebration, no planning. We told the staff that it was my kids 10th birthday and they went above and beyond including a surprise cookie pie with singing and a candle! The staff was so kind and helpful and the atmosphere is low key and joyful. The pizza is fine, could use a bit more flavor for me, but did the job. We will come back!

I visited your restaurant recently, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The food was served cold, and the cashier — who I believe is new — was extremely unprofessional. He asked me to take my food in a salad bar container because you were out of to-go boxes, and his attitude came across as rude and disrespectful. He kept saying he couldn’t understand me, which felt discriminatory and unacceptable.
Overall, the service was terrible, and the food quality was very poor. I hope you take this feedback seriously and make improvements.

I ordered the western bbq pizza and they gave me bbq chicken pizza. Super lame this has no sauce on top, no veggies I wanted veggies, I paid for them. Also I know this pizza costs less than the western so thanks for stealing a couple bucks off a 90 dollar order. I didn’t receive any call or email saying they were out of stuff. Too late for them to fix this issue as they are closed now. I’ll stick with Papa murphys.

I ordered spaghetti with meat sauce & garlic bread. It was marginal & my garlic bread had mold on it. The staff should notice things like this. My visit was at about 3:30 pm so it was quiet.
