Great experience overall! The customer service was excellent—staff were friendly, respectful, and made sure everything was handled smoothly. You can tell they really care about their customers. The food was fresh, flavorful, and well prepared. Portions were good and everything tasted just right. Definitely a place I’ll keep coming back to. Highly recommended!

I came here for lunch since it was different and close by. I thought it was a small business, but turns out this place is a franchise. Not that it matters, but usually franchises may not be as good. Still have it a shot. The inside is very clean and clearly well marketed they have a lot of signage and colors and everything has a logo. Unfortunately there were only two people working so it took a while for the food since they had one cooking and it took them a while to prepare items they were sold out of. I waited a bit but I guess I caught them at a bad time. I ordered falafel platter.
I would give it a 9/10 based on quality and value. I was skeptical since falafel is generally hard to make and I did not expect much. However the falafel were quite nice and they give six pieces. I got them hot and fresh. The rest is like classic bowl style where you can choose topping such as salad, vegetables, hummus, and sauces. I typically stay away from his style of food since it is pretty much slop and joints like to put the flavor in sauce rather than food. I got white and green sauce, red sauce was too spicy for me but I have a very low spice tolerance. Both sauces were good and the food had flavor. I specially enjoyed the rice because it was seasoned and long grain. Chickpeas and hummus was nice but I would suggest larger portion. Overall portion size is good for around $13 and they give 10% off for Rutgers students. I would definitely recommend and would come back.

The people working there are just amazing! We went late to the place and they were closing but still took our order. The lady working there (Tina) is very respectful and welcoming. I highly recommend going there. Reasonable prices and best pakora chips ever!

I was greeted by 2 young men who were both very friendly and engaged in conversation while helping me with my food. I got a chicken platter with rice and they gave me a nice sauce recommendation which paired very nicely with the food. i enjoyed my experience and would recommend trying this place if you have not already!
