I’ve had ramen in many restaurants and bistros but it was as terrible as here. The egg was totally hard, not runny as it should be. The broth was weak, not seasoned, there was no chili oil as it should be. I recently had it in a ramen bar in the Czech Republic and it was great. They know how to make it the way it should be. The waiter was confused, slow, we waited 15 minutes before they noticed us, he mixed up the order, I got sushi completely different than what I ordered, I paid more money, horrible place, I don’t recommend it! I was here for the last time!!!

I ordered Tantanmen ramen and I must admit it was really disappointing. The broth was bland, without any spicyness. The meat the same. The egg was hard boiled, wich is not something I would expect in a ramen. The only positive aspect was the preparation time + delivery, which was around 20 min.

Visited Fuji Sushi Ramen in Bremen and overall had a good experience. The place has a really nice atmosphere and feels comfortable to sit and enjoy a meal. I ordered the miso ramen and takoyaki — both were very tasty and well prepared.
The only downside was that there were quite a few fruit flies around, which was a bit annoying while eating. Aside from that small issue, it’s a good spot for ramen and Japanese food.

Unfortunately, the ramen was nothing special – a bit disappointing, especially considering the higher price. The noodles tasted cheap and lacked the richness you’d expect. I also asked for a bowl of rice, and the staff refused, even though other guests around me were clearly having rice. I asked again, and got the same response. Not a great experience overall.

It’s really nice and cozy restaurant in the city!
The waiter and waitress are friendly. Especially the young and small waitress did a really great service for us! The food was quick and tasty. I ordered Ramen, Sushi and Gyoza. The price is really good for portions!

We had our lunch there and ordered two rames, fried beef and kimchi.
The food wasn’t very authentic but it’s didn’t make it bad. In fact it was well adopted to the european taste: not too spicy and less fatty than the original ramen would be.
Overall, everything was cooked exceptionally well, portions are huge and the staff is very friendly and supportive.
They allowed dogs inside as well.
Definitely recommend it – its a good example of Asian cuisine and overall is a very nice place to eat in Bremen

It‘s a rather small restaurant but nonetheless super cozy! I went at around 18:00 and didn‘t wait for a long time to get our food! 😀 We ordered sushi and it was really nicely plated and tasty The service was also nice and friendly, no complaints! Will definitely recommend to friends and visit again

The sushi was fresh and the best I have had in Bremen. The prices and selection here are by far the best. I came here when they first opened and the sushi was okay but it’s only gotten better with time and now this is my new favorite sushi restaurant in Bremen. I highly recommend this place as an American who has traveled all around the world and I eat sushi everywhere I go. This place earns a solid 5 stars in my opinion based on the quality of the food.
