Hands down one of the best vibes in Gainesville! I visited for the first time and was blown away the minute I walked in. Between the olive plants and the Italian architecture on the ceilings, it felt like I’d been transported straight to Italy.
The atmosphere is chill and grown-up, but the food and the wine are the real stars. Pro tip: Ask for the “One Star Burger” and a glass of the Pinot Noir – California. It’s a chef’s special—if you know, you know. It is absolutely divine! We also tried the veggie flatbread (chef’s kiss—so fresh!) and finished with the fresh, delicious cannolis. OMGG YUMMMM!
Beyond the food, the owners are just the sweetest; they have truly created an amazing spot for family and friends. I was so impressed—I can’t wait to go back!

Raise Your Glass is such a great place to hang out with friends—and even meet new ones along the way! The food was delicious, the wine selection was perfect, and the atmosphere made it easy to relax and enjoy the evening. I visited again and I want to share my experience. I have been before for the galentine event and also for my company’s network happy hour mixer. Every time has been excellent. The mixer was a great big event for us. We had so much fun.
The owners are very knowledgeable about wine. Daisy is the main sommelier, and she really knows the wines. When you ask her questions, she is happy to explain and share her knowledge. At our company mixer, she not only served us but also educated us about the wines, which made the night more fun and interesting. Her husband is the chef and owner too and we asked him lots of things about the delicious cheeses.
My boyfriend had the market jar and the burger, and both were very great. I had the cofee martini and the potatoes! We had charcuteries before. The food was the best- fresh and made fresh. You can tell. Next time I want to try the wine flights because they look very fun. My boyfriend said he enjoyed the California red.
The atmosphere is great, soft music and no rush, and you can see the owners take a lot of pride in their place. I will be back with friends soon!

I love a good wine bar, and Raise Your Glass has so much potential! Between the beautiful decor, excellent and unique wines, and a growing gourmet food menu, this wine bar is a welcome addition to Gainesville! Great place for a girl’s night or a date night. Laid-back and sophisticated ambience, which is such a nice change from the usual college town offerings. The owners are sweet as can be, as well, and I wish them all the luck on this new venture!

Great wine bar/restaurant. We sent to try out a new place. It did not disappoint. We had the charcuterie board, Mediterranean mezza board, notice lemon dill board and pretzel board. I had the frizzante wine in Red and White, Train wreck Cabernet, and cuvee rudel Pinot. Everything we ate was delicious. The hummus in the Mediterranean board was my favorite it was smooth and so flavorful. The charcuterie board has fresh fruit and great cheeses. The lemon dill and salmon was delicious. The wine selection was great. Great place to get good food and drinks.
