I go here alot, I come from further south because this is our favorite location. But today I was totally disappointment, the chicken was dry, no flavor and taste like it was fried in dirty oil, fries were all cold taste old with no salt. Doubt I will be going back. I cld and talked to worker since Noone picked up the complaint line. She told me to bring it back and they will refry but im not close to be going back and 4th I came from further south. Im very disappointed I just gave the food to the dog

1st, I ordered online. The order was not ready at pickup time. The restaurant was dirty, trash on the floor. Staff did not look presentable. The clerk was not knowledgeable. She was pleasant. I asked for hot n mild sauce. She said it was “self serve”. I wanted to cancel, but I had prepaid, so I was hoping everything would be okay. No, it was not. The chicken was not good. I ordered the Special 4 thighs and 4 legs for $4.00. I wasted my money. The legs looked like party drums. I was trying to figure it out. I wound up throwing both orders away. I’m contemplating disputing the charge, but since it wasn’t much, I’ll just consider it lesson learned.
Oh yeah. The trash was overflowing, and one of the guys dropped the brown bags on the floor. He literally picked them up and put them back on the shelf. No, he didn’t pick anything else up off the floor!!!

By far the worst seashell ever I started calling at 8:45 pm and did not get a answer not one call so i figure maybe the store was busy they cant answer so I decided to drive to the restaurant and when I get there the store is empty and the employees have the doors locks and was cleaning up I knock on the window and she ignored me worst customer service ever

It’s just given dirty as hell as soon as you walk in it looks dirty and makes you rethink why you ordered from there mind you this was my first time ever ordering from here …. And I ordered on the phone….The lady didn’t even seem as if she was competent of taking my order and asked me when I came in what was the name on the order Ms. Maam you didn’t ask me any questions on the phone accept what i wanted all other information had to be voluntarily …. When I walked in She had on flip flops . Employees look sloppy and nasty no cap Whoever is management it the owner needs to makes some adjustments

We always get good customer service and good food. Our best friend that just passed away always wanted us to get this chicken every time he came over. He said he couldn’t live over here, because if he did, he would eat chicken everyday from here. He also said it’s the best chicken in Chicago.

This was COMPLETELY HORRIBLE…. I ate from this location many of times but tonight was unbelievable whoever the cooks are were rushing and did not cook our meals to the fullest because my 2 YEAR OLD TODDLER has been throwing up chicken…this was his meal before bedtime so i was worried because he didn’t have anything else i will NEVER be eating at this location again simply because the cooks caused my baby to throw up… he loves chicken and has never thrown up off of chick before but when i feed him this locations food now my son isn’t feeling well , completely disappointed i wasted my money, and not to mention they got my partners order wrong and his chicken was under cooked as well
