Don’t sleep on this place. They know what they’re doing. Food taste great hot and ready. Haven’t tried any of the frozen foods, but it looks good. Nice guys helped me out. They even makes there own potato chips!

Husband wanted a poboy & Bergeron’s came up in the search. 1st time here no poboys after 2pm BUT Jesse offered to make us a killer brisket sandwich. BOY WAS HE RIGHT!! Y’all this thing was HUGE & heavy so DELICIOUS! DEFINITELY recommend eating here. Husband says we will be back to try some of their other meats they offer. Thanks Jesse!! We will see you again!

I order to go’s for my office about 4 times a week. The food here is very good as is the service. They need to upgrade their website to include prices and allow online ordering. Placing an order for 10 people over the phone is a challenge for accuracy.

The deer summer sausage is the best I have tried in the south.
Fried boudan balls with pepper jack cheese is delicious for an unhealthy meal. Deer meat sticks are pretty good for a grab and go snack
The meat is all processed next door and you can donate a deer to feed the handicapped or hungry.

I usually rave about this place but today was not one of those days. I drive from the westbank just to get the boudin ball with pepper jack cheese, and today I was in the area for my job. Stopped in on my lunch break, these were the absolute worst boudin balls I’ve ever had. They were burnt and taste horrible. You could taste how burnt and hard they were

First time with Boudin. The counter help was very much so. Has the regular boudin and the boudin ball. They were somewhat similar and also very different, but they were both awesome. Highly recommend for boudin and also for finding and exploring other Cajun specialties.

Absolutely a MUST stop & eating place!!!! We were driving through in our way to Florida & found this place by accident & VERY glad we did. The young lady who helped us decide what to order was friendly & personal (love the home town welcome). The young man, Cody, who brought our food to us was just as friendly & welcoming. Come to find out, you can order & have some meats FedEx to you as well. Which we plan on doing with some of the delicious gator sausage. It had very good flavor/spices. My daughter & I ordered the cream cheese filled jalapeño burger with pepper jack cheese. yummmmm. You will be full & very happy that you stopped by. BTW the pic is of the gator poboy after my husband had already ate half of the meat.

The cure for red light fever. Stopping in here for a quick bite really helps elevate my mood after fighting with traffic.

Skip the fast food chains, do yourself and your family a favor and eat here. I bought two meat pies, a venison burrito and a smoked chicken sandwich. That first taste of the venison and my eyes rolled up toward heaven in culinary bliss. The texture, delicate dough and the blended flavors brought color and life back into my day in a hospital parking lot. Meat pie was a delicious indulgence and I didn’t eat my wife’s meat pie, although I was tempted. The smoked chicken had a lot of excellent flavor, but it needs something in it to keep it from getting tough/dried out.

Parking is right in front of the business, I went at lunch and still found a place to park. It’s also close to Lowes if you’re on a supply run.

Awesome selection of refrigerated pre-seasoned meat, pre-made sides and ready to eat food. Staff are very helpful. Chicken cracklin excellent. Some bacon wrapped good could be cooked touch longer for crisper outside. Meat pies are good, crawfish pies are ok.

They definitely earned the fifth star.
