It’s the way they are constantly undercooking the pizza here causing it to stick to the box that it comes in. The pizza was still doughy and all. They don’t know how to answer a phone or emails about any sort of complaints. It’s been over a couple weeks since they said they would get back to me and still haven’t heard anything. Even sent up a follow up email regarding my issues. Not a fan.

I ordered 2 personal pans. My personal pans was beef. I had a total of 11 pieces of beef on my pizza. In addition to that they now charge for parmesan cheese. There are so many other pizza establishments to go to where they actually put meat on your pizza AND dont charge extra for the parmesan cheese. I won’t be going back!

On 11/21/25 I ordered a pizza and wings at 7:44 p.m. and the worker informed me my pizza would be done in 15 minutes and arrived I arrived at 8:10p.m. The worker told me 7 more minutes . I waited until 8:30 p.m. then I pulled up and the worker stated that they accidentally gave my pizza to the delivery man and wanted me to wait on the man to come back. The worker gave me two options one being to wait another 10 minutes for the Pizza or take the wings . I was highly upset due to me waiting for such a long period of time . The customer service was nice but it wasn’t good enough .

I tried so hard not to write a review on this pizza hut but enough is enough. One day order some food, you didn’t send the Pepsi with it, you claimed the driver stole it. Then I order another time, the order was wrog and the cheesesticks were horrendous. Now today, the pepperoni was supposed to be hand tossed, you sent thin crust, and the cheesesticks or horrible. I don’t pay ya’ll to send me BS out the door. I pay to get what I ordered. Sick and tired of it.

They gave us a sauceless pizza. When we called to advise of the issue the “manager” had the audacity to argue that they absolutely put sauce on the pizza. We offered to send pictures and they declined. If you like being gaslit, wasting money and time this is the place for you, otherwise don’t bother.

Pizza with horrible I ordered a meat lover minus the Canadian bacon guess what it came with Canadian bacon when you subtract a item you’re supposed to replace it with another item which I asked for more Italian sausage there was none it was worst Pizza I had ever received from them Pizza Hut is going down way down they used to be my go-to place not anymore the last couple of times have been horrible I would have taken a pizza back but it was raining outside there was $23 of my money wasted I guess I had to eat that instead of the pizza never again… Thumbs down on that service at least on 21st and Woodlawn Wichita Kansas

pizza literally did not have any sauce on it whatsoever. called the place and the manager tried to convince me there was sauce on the pizza while I was looking at it. do not eat here.

I grew up on Pizza Hut. I think their pizzas are the best….until I moved into the area and this is my delivery restaurant. They consistently deliver late and their pizzas are awful. Undercooked, sparse toppings, just disgusting. I gave them two or three chances, thinking maybe it was just a bad night or whatever, but no, this is their standard. Final straw was tonight. Waited 90 minutes to get pizza. When I opened the box, it looked like it was dropped. Top that with the most undercooked pizza I’ve ever had served to me. I call to complain, and I’m in hold for 20 minutes before someone answers and then immediately hangs up without saying anything. So I drive there to complain, only to wait 5 minutes for someone to come to the counter. He said they could only cook me up a replacement pizza if I brought in the old one. I said no thanks, didn’t feel like waiting 90 min for another awful pizza.

I hate leaving poor reviews but there was no way possible to write a good one after our experience there today, I called and asked is your lobby open we would like to have a birthday party there today. The employee responded saying yes. She did not mention they only had 2 tables. I arrived and walked to the register, an employee yelled from the back, do you need something? I replied, yes! I would like to order some pizza, wings and pasta. When we ordered pasta, the lady never mentioned they do not have plates, I ordered 2 pitchers of soda them employee stated we only carry 2 Liters, I said okay, Starry and Root beer. Can we also have a cup of water? The employee states we only sell bottles of water. Ok….. Can I get some cups for our soda… we do not carry cups.
