I would like to file a complaint regarding my recent order.
I ordered a hot vanilla cappuccino, a sandwich, and a large frappuccino. The sandwich was ready five minutes after payment, the cappuccino after ten minutes, and the frappuccino after fifteen minutes. Additionally, I was going to be given a small frappuccino despite having paid for a large one.
Furthermore, the hot cappuccino was handed to me without a cup sleeve, making it extremely hot and uncomfortable to hold.
I believe this situation reflects a lack of coordination, attention to detail, and customer care in fulfilling the order.

I ❤️Starbucks ! I frequent this establishment several times a week. The baristas always do an extra job on the food/beverage. However depending on the day sometimes I’m greeted very differently depending on the staff. I make an effort to be very friendly to everyone and I understand baristas are very busy. By no means am I expecting friends out of my coffee trip. However, sometimes I feel very ignored. Considering how much $ I spend at this establishment I would love the atmosphere to be more consistently friendly.

I purchased a pumpkin spice latte and the egg bites with the peppers. I went through the drive thru. Melissa was the person in the drive thru. She was very professional and courtesy. I always stop here when in Annapolis. Melissa keep up the good work. I’ll be back for a return visit. Follow for more!

I understand employee shortages, but the store consistently locks the doors for order ahead mobile “in-store” pickup; you can see your drink/it’s been ready but instead of being able to pick it up at the walk-up window (next to the locked door), you need to get in an often-times long [drive-thru] line – if you can’t staff your store for walk-ins, the company should consider temporary closure or at least disable “in-store” mobile ordering in the app. *Again, not aimed at baristas/employees, but rather management.

I wanted the eggnog latte drink but I wanted cold & blended like the frappuccino blended & they nailed it!! it was soooooo gd starbucks never disappoints no matter what starbucks I go to the consistency of the drinks is awesome as well as the customer service. They’re also the only coffee/barista place that gets my almond milk & flavors ratio perfect.

The employees working the store told me they decided to lock the lobby/restaurant doors at 2PM because they were too busy for two employees. (interesting choice of action). I could see my drink sitting on the counter. I was out (literally) in the cold. I was willing to wait if it was busy. I have seen a lot worse waits at Starbucks and felt nicer vibes and met nicer people. I have waited a lot longer, because let’s face it, we like Starbucks. I don’t like negative feelings. I will plan my trips to the other Starbucks or Rise Up around the corner. Driveway and parking are awkward and tight – something they can’t change I know but maybe pick better locations next time. Maybe close the lobby and just make a drive through.

I was in the drive-thru waiting for my mobile order and they wouldn’t let people inside so everyone was in the drive-thru. As soon as its my turn to pick up my order , no one was at the window , the workers saw us and still didn’t open the window to give my order. Until one of the works saw that i was looking at them and she pointed at me , this other worker made a weird face , then started giggling. This is the worst starbucks’s i’ve ever been to, i will definitely not be coming back. What such a rude behavior.

This location is very understaffed. Ordered an item that is not able to be ordered in the drive thru but when I went to get my in store order, have to go through the very busy drive thru to pick it up. My order was already prepared and paid for. What should have been a run in run out ended up taking about 20 minutes in the drive thru!! Not happy!

Lauren and Jay thinks it’s funny to mock the customers at the expense of the Company but they believe they DESERVE it .. looking at the reviews this would be an incorrect statement. Also she said it was her goal to make customers mad and that her manager allowed her to do so.
