We think this is a great Starbucks, for size, ambiance and friendliness. Plus, we liked the pleasant instrumental music playing (we visited the morning of New Year’s Eve), a welcome change from the loud pop vocals you hear everywhere today. Very nice!

The staff is always friendly. I love the chai latte hot with soy and eight pumps of chai. The drinks and food I do have to say are pretty expensive now. I used to go every day but now I go maybe once a month when I’m running errands. Sometimes the drive-through is quick and sometimes you wait 20 minutes in your car.

I’ll say this place has some of the worst customer service. The drive-thru is friendly and fast, but walking in or ordering ahead for pickup means a 45-minute wait not including the drive there. I counted eight employees working while customers stood at the register waiting for help. Management is clearly lacking attentiveness to customer needs

I went to this starbucks with my partner on the way to an interview and this is the worst experience i’ve ever had with starbucks. I ordered a carmel brûlée latte with oat milk and it tasted like fish sticks (my normal). The egg white bites were burnt and the double smoked sandwich tasted off. I feel like if you are going to make your drinks so expensive you should at least make them decent. I didnt have time to ask for a new one as I had time constraints and I never complain but this is ridiculous.

ABSOLUTELY A-WARNING The worst SB. One ⭐️ is too kind! Pass up this one on Newport for another-or head to another brand coffee shop altogether! My Drive through order was SO WRONG, obviously they do not listen or care. I am normally not one to complain, BUT they took my hard earned money & the experience was super wasteful of my TIME. Of which they wasted too. The ONE ITEM order was SO gross & disappointing. I actually called and very cordially & gently explained the issue and what is even WORSE- a lady seems to have intentionally left me on hold for well over 5 minutes with no apology or solution! I will NOT ever go back to this HORRIBLE SB and as SUGGESTED start trying drive thru at Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf or another shop for everything related to coffee instead. Shame on this SB! Horrible customer service! Absolutely unacceptable.

I don’t normally leave reviews, but I have to mention that if you’re ordering iced coffee from this Starbucks, make sure you ask for light ice. I know that can change the taste of your coffee a little since they just add more milk to fill the gap. But that’s better than you paying for ice and a splash of coffee. 🙁 super bummed…

I usually like to leave good reviews but this store is terrible. I can’t even say how many times ive had to park my truck after going through the drove through and go inside to have my drink properly made. It’s not overly complicated and it gets messed up most of the time. This is the most inconsistent store in the area when it comes to drink quality. Sometimes they’re good but most of the time they’re off in some way or another. It’s frustrating when you’re paying close to $7 for a drink, it should be made right. I’ve also noticed that if the line is long, the quality control goes away. They do have some nice employees though….. p.s. the drink in the picture was way undersweetened and gross

I love the new location! They were originally located on Haun Rd. next to See’s Candy & Chipotle. This new location has a drive thru! Unfortunately, they’re not taking any mobile orders yet, but hopefully soon. Their new location looks like it’s triple the size of their previous. It’s more modernized and lots more seating area.

Don’t go in expecting quick service. I had to cancel my order for the long wait time. The baristas I have notice where focusing on their drive thru orders to keep the wait time monitoring system under control. But the truth is walk in customers were waiting.
