Great food at an incredible value. The lunch sampler is a sweet deal. I haven’t seen this kind of lunch special at many Indian spots, but it’s a great idea because you get to try multiple things from the menu. Love this place!

Last week I got to try this new place. It has good north indian food for a change. Tried the chicken changezi which was good. Chicken could be a little less dry though (only some pieces were dry). Garlic naan was good too! Would visit again

I have yet to go to a restaurant that checks every box. The waiter was courteous and made sure we had everything we needed and more. The atmosphere is beautiful and the food may be the best Indian cuisine I’ve ever had the grace to lay upon my taste buds. 11/10 would recommend. The prices are extremely fair as well. You can’t beat this.

I don’t leave negative reviews lightly, but this was genuinely disappointing. I ordered the butter chicken and shahi paneer, and both sauces were extremely sweet and tasted nearly identical — closer to sugar and canned tikka masala sauce than two distinct savory dishes. This felt like a waste of $60. I was really hoping for better.

We had a wonderful dinner at Taj Indian Bistro and left completely satisfied! The place is recently opened with fresh ambience with indian touch.
We ordered Chole Bhature, Saag Paneer and Naan.
The Chole Bhature was spot on—fluffy, golden bhature that were perfectly Cooked and not oily at all, paired with a rich, spicy chickpea curry that had just the right balance of tang and spices. It reminded me of chole bhature back home!
The Saag Paneer was creamy, flavorful, and packed with fresh spinach taste without being overly heavy—definitely one of the best versions we’ve had in the area.
The garlic naan was soft, buttery, and ideal for scooping up every last bit of curry.
To top it off, we ordered Rasmalai which was amazing and perfect cooling, indulgent end to the meal.
Service was friendly and quick, and the portions were generous. Highly recommend Taj Indian Bistro if you’re craving authentic Indian food in the Apex/Cary/ Morrisville area. We’ll definitely be back soon!!
